I haven't been here in ages, but the ups I liked the best closed this year, and I decided to try this downtown store again. In the past, I found parking difficult, as there is a tiny lot adjacent to the building. This time, I came very early in the morning, and there was only 1 other car in the tiny lot next to the ups. I always have such a great experience at this UPS Store. The team is quick, efficient, and makes returns super easy every time. Nazia is especially amazing -- she somehow notices me the second I walk in, always says hello, and even takes a moment to give a compliment before I get to the counter. On September 10, 2024 I received the most horrible treatment from this employee and I reported it to the store directly. I received an automated message. I will go elsewhere from now on. This was my email: Hi, I am one of your loyal customers and a Yelp elite. I have left you a 5 Star review last year. I visit your location at least 2 times a week. I wanted to bring to your attention a disgruntled employee. I was there last Friday between 4:15-4:30 and I had an oversized Amazon return. This woman was very obnoxious loud and argued with me about my package in front of other customers. I have NEVER been treated like this ever by anyone else at your location. I left the store upset but I kept my mouth shut. Monday I went back with other packages and she was there again same time and I was hoping that she would not help me. The woman in front of me got her and as she was finishing with her she flung her package in the air into the container. I was like what the hell. Again I didn't say anything then she called me over to check me out and told me I didn't have to wait because my package had a label I could go to self checkout. She was nasty about it not wanting to help me. I told her I had 2 packages and one had to be weighed because I wanted to know if it was over the weight. She was annoyed but said ok come here I will weigh it. It was a few pounds under so I was happy. She gave me my receipt and then picked up my box and threw it down VERY hard on the ground. I couldn't believe it!!!!!!!!!! I was SO Upset!!!!! Please check the video cameras she is a horrible employee/person. Unfortunately today I had to go back again to ship another package so I saw her and took a picture of her. I feel it is my duty to report such behavior. Nobody would give me her name I asked a young man who worked there and he refused to tell me. I am hoping my package is not broken. I did not leave another updated review because I do not want to hurt your business I wanted to reach out directly. Please let me know what the outcome is after investigating her behavior. The UPS Store - Disgruntle Employee - Printing Services Near Me - Lake Worth, Florida

I'm not the kind of person who leaves bad reviews, because anyone can have a bad day and I work with customers too but this is out of hand already, I don't know about the rest of the associates but there's a lady that has assisted me the last three times I've been there for returns, she works like she hates everyone, she looked so mad because her coworker was busy helping a customer and she had to put her phone away and stand up to help me. I mean if you hate people so much go to work somewhere else, customer service is not for you!! The funny thing is that I don't know her name but there's another bad review with a picture of her so anyone can identify her. One of the items that I was returning required paying for packaging, she was very rude and asked me to get one of the white envelopes and to pack and seal the item myself, I'm not sure if that's a requirement that the customer has to pack their own stuff but she was just giving me orders so she could be on her phone. In conclusion there's no (Hello, how can I help you??, please or thanks) her attitude is very nasty and she smelled like she was smoking cigarettes. read more

Just got back from this store.... clearly you are profiled when you walk in. I have come to this conclusion after looking at your other reviews. The woman behind the desk was really rude! There was only one csutomer in front of me as she ordered me far back behind the ropes - saying, "Cant you read? There is a sign where the line starts!" No Hello, Goodmorning etc. Well, there was NO LINE and I have difficulty reading as I have a partially blind eye - cant see things on the side where the sign is.... Also, the other young lady standing at the side of the store (in front of her scanning machine) - and did not greet me on entry or even mention what she was there for ... and may I add there was NO sign there. Only after I walked backwards getting ready to leave, did she say "Are you retiurning?" YES I WAS .... I returned my item with her. She had a slightly better attitude. As I left the store I told them I will post a review. Especially for other customers expecting common decency in Lake Worth or from a UPS store! read more

I've shipped boxes the size of a dollar and boxes for bikes at least 20 times at my 'home' UPS in Downtown Lake Worth. I was one of the first customers when this location opened. The customer service that Marquise provides is above par. No matter the value, size or weight of the item Marquise and staff have treated the items with care. So I called this store and was rudely informed that they were NOT UPS, they were a UPS Store, so if I had a problem going out of town and possibly missing this shipment, I could take it up with UPS.com. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was sick in bed and asked Marquis, a UPS clerk, on a Friday to release my package to my boyfriend on a Saturday. Anthony, another clerk, said no after my boyfriend drove all the way to the store. He was rude on the phone, talking to other people about unrelated business while I was on the line with him. I had to ship a bag and needed a box and shipping supplies. I was not greeted when I entered and not greeted when I stood in line behind two other ladies who seemed to be together. Shannon was standing at the register but it took Jose to greet me and ask if I had been helped. Jose would have helped I'm sure but was assisting another customer at the time. Shannon then asked if I needed help. Side note- This is a shipping store, most of your guests are going to need some type of assistance. Try asking HOW can I help you today? It took her a minute to find a box that was the right size for my tote bag. She built up the box and brought it over. That's when Jose says that there is a box that would fit it like a glove. He tells Shannon where to find it and she builds and he was right. Like a glove. Needless to say a few hiccups later by Shannon and assistance by Jose and I was off and out the door. Jose is a superstar, hire people that remind you of him. Shannon, I'm not sure about her. I heard the mention that she had been there 5 weeks. After 5 weeks you should master the fundamentals. Very dissapointed. Needed a notary fast. Called first. Waited for him to get back to the store for a while. Brought in my papers, and he refused to do it, because it was related to an I-9. Yes, I said he REFUSED TO NOTARIZE. He just needed to witness my signing a paper. Next day went elsewhere. Done there with no problem.--Also (not reflected in this rating), I CALLED 3 UPS STORES FOR NOTARY SERVICE, AND NOT ONE WAS ABLE TO NOTARIZE THAT DAY... one "left his seal at home", the other two, their notery wasnt in that day, or for the rest of the day. read more

If you send a package from this store know that if it is damaged you must deal directly with the "real" UPS for any resolution. After 3 months of trying to resolve a claim for a broken glass on a painting that I sent to MN. Multiple calls, trips to the store, visits by UPS to the recipient, pictures sent to UPS etc. they still could not make a decision. On the last visit to the recipient the UPS driver had paperwork stating that he wanted to collect a broken bed frame. This morning they wanted to send another driver out to see the broken glass. They have pictures of the broken glass. The local store made a limited effort to help. Phones calls were not returned. Emails were not read. They repeatedly asked for the same pictures to be resent. Understand your risk before you send anything valuable through this store. read more
