    On September 10, 2024 I received the most horrible treatment from this employee and I reported it to the store directly. I received an automated message. I will go elsewhere from now on. This was my email: Hi, I am one of your loyal customers and a Yelp elite. I have left you a 5 Star review last year. I visit your location at least 2 times a week. I wanted to bring to your attention a disgruntled employee. I was there last Friday between 4:15-4:30 and I had an oversized Amazon return. This woman was very obnoxious loud and argued with me about my package in front of other customers. I have NEVER been treated like this ever by anyone else at your location. I left the store upset but I kept my mouth shut. Monday I went back with other packages and she was there again same time and I was hoping that she would not help me. The woman in front of me got her and as she was finishing with her she flung her package in the air into the container. I was like what the hell. Again I didn't say anything then she called me over to check me out and told me I didn't have to wait because my package had a label I could go to self checkout. She was nasty about it not wanting to help me. I told her I had 2 packages and one had to be weighed because I wanted to know if it was over the weight. She was annoyed but said ok come here I will weigh it. It was a few pounds under so I was happy. She gave me my receipt and then picked up my box and threw it down VERY hard on the ground. I couldn't believe it!!!!!!!!!! I was SO Upset!!!!! Please check the video cameras she is a horrible employee/person. Unfortunately today I had to go back again to ship another package so I saw her and took a picture of her. I feel it is my duty to report such behavior. Nobody would give me her name I asked a young man who worked there and he refused to tell me. I am hoping my package is not broken. I did not leave another updated review because I do not want to hurt your business I wanted to reach out directly. Please let me know what the outcome is after investigating her behavior. I also am sending you the receipt of the package that was thrown on the floor.

    A great experience. I needed a notary and they were great. Reasonable prices and friendly clerks. I highly recommend using this store.
