    Typical UPS store. Gets busy at times but no issues with any employees. Helpful, courteous. If there is an issue they try to help.

    This is my 2nd review of our experience dealing with Guardian Auto Transport but I feel it's well…read moredeserved. Most auto transport companies simply function as brokers which is great until something goes wrong and then you are left to deal with the problem on your own - NOT with Guardian Auto Transport! Not only is their customer service excellent but I especially want to acknowledge Andrea who always goes the extra mile to stay in touch with updates all the way until our vehicle is received. A few years ago we had a bad experience with a transport company brokered by Guardian that damaged our car in transit. We received it on a weekend so I assumed that I would have to wait until Monday to hear back from Guardian Auto Transport customer service but to my surprise I not only had follow up calls on Saturday from Andrea but also got a response from a supervisor on Sunday as well. The transport company didn't want to take responsibility for damage done but we had a video prior to our car being unloaded showing the damage & Guardian Auto Transport really went to bat on our behalf & the transporter had to pay for the damage they caused by loading our car improperly. We just had our car shipped from Los Angele to Seattle & it arrived in pristine condition & the driver was a great communicator as well. I thank all who were involved with getting our vehicle to us safely & in a timely manner. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for & Guardian Auto Transport & their fabulous employees really deliver!!

    I had a very frustrating experience with Acertus Transport Solutions. The pickup took 5 days longer…read morethan expected, which immediately put things behind schedule. On top of that, the originally scheduled delivery date was not met, with little to no proactive communication about the delay. Communication overall was poor throughout the process. Updates were inconsistent, and it often felt like I had to chase down information myself. Additionally, the instructions I provided were not properly relayed to the driver, which caused further complications. As a result, I was forced to drive over an hour out of state just to retrieve my vehicle--something that should never have been necessary. The response to this was this fell within acceptable specifications. STAY AWAY from this company!

I feel like Montway was a bit deceptive in the quote however. The initial quote was raised because the car was "modified", but in reality it had been stretched 1.5 ft in the front. This was not an issue for the transport, as the driver had a trailer that hauled 2-3 vehicles. Montway rep said on the phone that $200-$300 would be charged to my credit card and the rest would go to the driver, and I received an email stating that $1370 would be owed to the driver on delivery. In reality, Montway charged my card $499, and sent another email stating to only pay the driver $1,100, which I did, but it felt deceptive. I am guessing that Montway got a way better deal from the driver than they anticipated, and instead of passing some of that saving on to me, or explaining, they just charged my card double what the rep said they would and kept all of the profit. Also, the rep promised tracking, which never happened - we had to call the driver a couple of times to find out the delivery time, because he hit traffic (which I understand he cannot control) and got held up by a couple of hours. All in all, it is done, but Montway didn't leave the best impression overall as a transport broker. Grateful I had a better driver than some of these other reviews...

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I could not have even fathomed how bad this would be…read more.. 1. Harassment by mover They showed up at 9 PM on a Saturday. One of the movers asked if I had a boyfriend and he asked for my number multiple times, ending with him cornering me in my empty apartment once the other movers had left to ask a final time. As a young woman alone, this was extremely unsettling and inappropriate. Even his coworker was trying to wingman for him. This was all insanely unprofessional. 2. Multiple add-on costs for fine-print rules Hidden fees added roughly $250 for versions things. One example is that the 'included first flight of stairs' is only free if it's 10 steps or less so just like that an additional $75 was added. 3. It took forever It took 10 days to receive my items (most of them, at least) for a move from Minneapolis to Oklahoma. 4. Broken items It's like they tried to break things. One plant stand was so destroyed they didn't even bring it to me. Other things were damaged, dirty, and scuffed. 5. Missing bag They forgot one of my bags and it took an additional three weeks to get it back. 6. Horrible claims process It took 100 days to receive my settlement for the damaged items. After all of this, I am only being reimbursed $140 for the damage. They moved a studio apartment for $2,200, and this was the level of service I received. This was stressful, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I first get enticed by a company called "Frontier Moving Solutions", which is a borderline scam. They are a broker that got me in touch with Big Shoulders, and please please please, avoid using Frontier AT ALL COSTS. They are the ones that roped me into this ordeal, and they have the bad reviews to prove it. They quoted me a price on a move from Indianapolis to California, which was NOT the price I ended up paying. They also didn't tell me about making a down payment with a credit card which would have a $50 charge... Just the beginning of the legal scam. When it came to Big Shoulders, they just continued the horrible moving experience for me. They get to my apartment and all of the sudden, they have to get ultra precise about the amount of steps that they have to climb and keep charging you. Then they charge you extra for every item that they wrap, which is where the SHADY business practices begin. The guy told me that he would give me a "deal" if he just charged me for the materials to wrap my furniture in, but said I could only give him CASH. It seems like I got charged extra so the driver could pocket some extra money, otherwise, why did I need cash? After making sure with the broker that I wouldn't have to pay anymore money, I ended having to spend another $800 over my quoted price. Plus, I had to load up my car with a ton of items just so I wouldn't get more charges from them. You'll also never know when you'll get your stuff. I was told on November 13th that my items would arrive at its destination in 5-7 days. I call them on the 7th day to see where my items were, and the lady boss told me it would be another week. So, not only did I get all of these extra charges, now I have to sleep on the floor for an extra week. When my items finally arrived on the night before Thanksgiving, I got hit with more nonsense. I tried to make a deal with the driver to only carry a few heavy items up and I would do the rest, just so they didn't charge me for more steps. The driver didn't even bother to bring help, so I had to move all of my stuff with him. Why did I pay for mover if I had to move stuff myself? Why would've happened if I wasn't there to help him? In closing, this is the worst moving experience I have ever had, and I want everyone to avoid this company like the plague. I will say for legal reasons, there is nothing "illegal" that this company did, and I'm sure they'll respond with contracts, this and that, but just because it may be legal, it doesn't mean it's ETHICAL. Big shoulders, along with Frontier moving are working in tandem to legally take your money. They will overpromise and under deliver.

    Not too thrilled with my Zeaport experience so far…read more I wanted to buy a copier/printer for a small business that works with schools. It was going to replace a hp 11x17 that had been a workhorse (over 400,00 prints) but had finally died. Xerox machine was delivered. The invoice stated that it was a better model than it actually was. Turned the thing on and it copied fine. In the upcoming days I couldn't get it to scan to my computer no matter how hard I tried. The suggestion was to read the manual and set it up. I wonder why I didn't try that in the first place. A week or two after getting the printer, there was a big yellow bar that started printing on the side of the page. Looks like errant toner. I emailed and was told to swap around the drums. That didn't fix things. Next, the printer would randomly chunk a bunch of black toner all over the back side of pages...in addition to the yellow on the front. The solution from Zeaport was to get new toner and pull some cleaner levers. By this point I'm fairly frustrated that Zeaport doesn't care enough to follow up on their sale. After two weeks away without using the printer and two new toner cartridges this thing is printing horribly. Now I'm asked to pay $150 for someone to come look at this 'technician refurbished' machine that has only made a couple hundred prints and has problems immediately after delivery. Maybe this is the way that they get people to buy maintenance contracts. I didn't a 'technician certified refurbished' machine would be a P.O.S. right away. I'll update this after the technician takes a look at this and gives me an update. For now I'd tell anyone to avoid buying from Zeaport or to get a solid warranty or expectation of quality for the machine you get. At a minimum this equipment should work for 60-90 days without falling apart.
