Be prepared to wait. I came earlier cause it was in my way and there was 2 workers and alot of people and they were taking their time. I can understand that each client is important but at least acknowledge the rest of us. Smile! Say hi, won't be long, thanks for waiting. These guys hate their jobs. The UPS Store #6782 is terrible place parcel your packages, I parcel package to my sister which weighted less then 2lbs but lady charged me for 8 pounds weight because she put in the wrong measurement of the box, even though its tiny little box but she measured it anyway and put in the wrong measurement. I am not sure how much money they make from ups but I find it as they are coning people for charging more then they need to. I have no idea why customers gave this UPS store one star. I frequent this store at least once a week sometimes more often. My experience has been always pleasant. The employees are very helpful and yes there is a line but people its busy and COVID was happening have some patience. I think you are treated the way you are perceived. If the customer is rude and obnoxious which I have witnessed you can not expect to be treated with respect. Anyway the workers there are spot on, they are attentive, respectful and do a bang up job. Keep up the good work. And most importantly don't forget to say thank you which a lot of us forget to say. read more

I live in Portland, OR and need help with a shipping problem on the East Coast. I contacted UPS Store 6782 at the recommendation of the owner of my local UPS Store. I called yesterday afternoon (10//11/2017) and spoke with Tyrone, describing to him my shipping problem: Getting a four-foot-tall wooden statue from Youngsville, NY to Portland, OR. Youngsville is nearly 150 miles from Kendall, NJ. Tyrone politely listened to my request; promptly acknowledged my follow-up email; and he has already reached out to the owner of the statue to make arrangements for pickup. I can't begin to describe how much I appreciate Tyron's help. I find it rare these days to find kind, courteous, generous people like Tyrone who demonstrate integrity and excellence in their interactions with others. It makes me happy to know that there are people like him in this country with all that's going on these days. If Tyrone's assistance is representative of the service USP Store 6782 provides, then it must be the best UPS Sore in the country. read more

Always a long waiting line and they want to sell you as much tape as possible even if they have ups standard sticking pockets for labels even if it's just an Amazon return which they have a contract to accept Amazon return drop offs. read more

The UPS store #6782 located at 3570 State Route 27 in Kendall Pk, NJ is beyond terrible. I would give 0 stars except that is not an option on yelp. The man behind the counter is rude & irritable. A few issues that have occurred red are items have been lost, sent back to me because of wrong placement of label by staff, charged for what was a free Amazon return, charged for $3 For a 4 inch piece of packing tape, charged $10 to print a label that Amazon instructed was not needed & too many more to list. More importantly the way this man conducted business at this location was highly unprofessional! read more

I went there on Saturday to buy a box and the lady told me that it costs $9.99. I told her that I have Return labels and all I needed was a box. She said $9.99 is for the box and taping it. This is ridiculous. I walked out of the store and went to Walmart bought a box for $1.75 went to UPS store in the regal cinema strip mall in North Brunswick. They taped it for free. I'll openly admit that, based on the previous reviews, the only reason I'd taken a chance here was because it was so close to our home. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and how quick the store was with two separate same-day orders: one for printing & complex cuts of a 70-page PDF, and one for laminating several pages. Everything worked out perfectly and they were even able to offer a AAA discount. Very impressed and happy with the customer service I received! read more

*BEWARE* I walked into to ship a return of surveillance cameras. I was unaware on the cost and naive to the process in general. I asked the gentleman (and showed) the UPS staff member the box and bubble wrap that I had. He stated don't worry about it that they will pack it..and took it to the back. When back there I ask him what the cost was and he said "this is not going to be much at all". I had packaging tape with me....he said dont worry about it. Hold onto it....like he was doing me a favor. He came back and had the audacity to say it was 30 dollars. I started laughing. I gave him 20 (after his "discounts) and walked on not shipping it there. It's a miracle this place is still open. The owner Chide is not just careless and incompetent, but rude, arrogant, and disrespectful as well. Not to mention he charges you for a piece of tape. Definitely come here if you want to be extremely overcharged, treated like trash, and have your package not delivered on time or lost altogether. read more

Went in to drop a pre-paid Amazon return shipment. Rude and loutish behavior by the staff at this UPS. Surprised that this business is in operation with such callous staff/management. I was excited to see a UPS store near my new home... It's usually the same man helping me, and he's become more and more rude. I dropped off a package that was pre-paid, and not one word was spoken to me, nothing. I'd rather share my business with people who are smiling and have a good energy. And I've seen him be really aggressive with other customers too. I asked for a piece of tape once and you would've thought the world was coming to an end. He then proceeded to embarrass me In front of other customers by asking if it was my first time there. Apparently first time customer get a piece of tape for free. I do what I have to in order to not go into this place! read more

Came here to print a few pages to ship overnight. I've been to various UPS locations on many occasions for exactly the same purpose, but this is the first time that I was guided to print out my own documents and then charged for computer use. When I questioned the charge and requested the $2 be removed, I was told that this was how this particular franchise operates (though I was just here two weeks ago and did not have this issue). I'm not crying over two dollars, but seriously?? I'm already spending $60 to print pages and overnight a package and this particular franchise wants to nickle and dime me for computer use. That's just not right. I will surely make other arrangements next time I find myself in need of such services. read more
