Notery:copies: digital copies: shipping. This is our go-to store. We used it this AM to notarize our will. I have to give a shout out to SWATA PATEL for her efficient service. She multi-tasks better than I have ever seen. And with humor!!! Our multi-page documents could have been a chore, but we left wanting to invite her to dinner. read more

UPS is always my go to for easy printing services. I had an event in the area and needed some last minute things printed up, so of course I looked for the nearest UPS Store. Now, it really isn't often I will find a spot with stellar Yelp reviews, but this spot lived up to the hype! Clean, staff was so helpful and friendly. They even cut my menus to the sizes I needed. There were a few hiccups, like the paper not being the correct thickness and the color being off, but the team of course offered to redo them right away. The place steady with customers and they handled the rush well, no one seemed to wait too long. For affordable and very easy printing, this is the spot. read more

Just a heads up that they charge $4.99 to open an email if you are going to print there... wish they had communicated that upfront rather than just how much per page....nice people and they work fast. read more

The staff at the UPS store on Nassau Street in Princeton is always helpful but today I was greeted by an absolutely exceptional employee. Her name is Hawra and she could not have been more helpful. She went above and beyond and was so helpful with a delightful sense of humor to go along with her assistance. UPS on Nassau Street is very lucky to have her. She was fabulous. read more

If you need to send documents or your collection of defective spatulas to Aunt Lucretia in Louisiana there are far more cost effective alternatives at the USPS. However, if your shipping needs run to the exotic and specialized, The UPS Store is where your artwork and collection of Faberge Eggs belong. They know what to do and how to get your vintage baseball card collection from your closet in Cranbury to Cooperstown without antagonizing Ty Cobb anymore than they have to. They sell peace of mind and that's truly priceless. Five easy stars. read more

Incredibly efficient and helpful, and also a bright and cheerful place, almost a community center for Princeton for those in the know. Ivan, Shweta and the whole team are the absolute best. This is a UPS store with excellent service as well as character. The only place I go to send and receive parcels, make returns etc. read more

Rude male and female staff members making snarky remarks complaining about me coming in with multiple items to return. Asked me if I'm trying to be the "customer of the day". I'm sorry.. This year I won auctions at Rago Auctions (via remote bidding) - one in the spring and another this winter. The wins were for large, awkward, fragile and pricey studio ceramics from reknown listed mid-century artists. On both occaisions, I trusted Sweta and Ivan at the UPS Store to pick up these pieces from the Auction House and to decide how to safely pack these (5) over-sized fragile pieces for safe transport. This UPS shop's prices are very fair, the packing is careful, double-boxed, bubbles, peanuts ... they provide estimates in advance, arrange for insurance and tell me what day to expect delivery. Communication is excellent. In every case, the ceramic art piece arrived quickly, and in perfect condition. These are not easy pieces to ship ... this team is very professional and I am delighted to recommend the UPS Store 2026 in Princeton for your professional special delivery needs. (Including picking up your remote auction wins!). Thanks Ivan & Sweta! read more

I've used this store to pick up, pack, and ship valuable art. It's scary to trust someone to pick up and ship something worth so much, but you can 100% trust these folks. This store gets five out of five stars in communication, reliability, and value. Sweta is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend. read more

Service was mid. pricing is incredibly steep for any packages. Always trying to size you up on boxes!

What a great resource for students and parents alike. This is probably my sixth time using this UPS store at Princeton University and every time was a hit. Thank you ms Sweta for packing up my daughter's suitcase, and shipping it back home with perfect tracking and securing of the case. read more

My first time winning an auction from Rago and I had to find a shipper. That is always nerve wracking but I was put at ease when I emailed and talked with Sweta. She quickly put me at ease and understands how to ship vintage/antique items that do require some extra care. The entire process was seamless and quick (which is good since I was shipping ground so any time saved gets my package to me quicker). The box arrived and I have to say this was the BEST PACKED box I have ever received. Sweta took the time to make sure each item was properly wrapped and everything was boxed for the complete safety of my items. When buying from Rago, I would not waste time talking with any other shipper (I did talk to the others which is why I went with this store!). Sweta and her team will become my go-to shippers for Rago - they should be yours as well. read more

The UPS Store in Princeton, Nj consistently surpasses all expectations for quality service. Ivan, the store manager, was very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you again for your help.

Not great, but not bad. The workers don't engage in small talk and don't really answer questions clearly. I was dropping off an amazon return and asked if the item needed to be put in a box and all the worker said was "don't worry about it". Not in a mean way, just direct. I wasn't asking because I thought I had to pay (the return was free), I was just asking because I was curious as to how it was shipped. It was just weird that they answered a yes or no question like that. read more

This is a quick reminder that use of a notary public is $2.50 in NJ for most services, and charging $10 for that service is doing something wrong. The UPS Store - Printing Services Near Me - Princeton, New Jersey

Agreed 100% with a previous poster about the rude lady. Came here to drop off several Amazon return items in early April. To abide by Covid guidelines, I arrived wearing a face covering and gloves, and waited my turn outside the store, hoping to get in and get out as quickly as possible. When it was my turn, the lady complained about the number of items I had: she told me I'm going to catch Covid from touching Amazon items and that I will spread it to her. She kept on ranting well after my items were processed. She could have very well notified me of a limit on the number of items I could process there (which there didn't seem to be), or to come back at a later date. Instead she chose to let me know that I will catch a deadly disease and accused me of being a spreader(?). Unprofessional and downright rude. Ivan has been so helpful at this location, but the thought of dealing with this Covid prophet lady... I'll stick to other locations from now on. read more

I had an incredible experience at this UPS Store thanks to one wonderful woman working there (she may have been the manager)! I was moving cross-country the next day and realized my collection of art works would not fit in my car as anticipated. It was a very stressful situation for me and this woman was so helpful and kind in the process of helping me secure my large set of paintings, she took time to ensure the boxes were safe for transport. Ultimately I left there confident that my valuable artworks would be in good hands and they arrived right on time! If I knew her name, I would extend a big thank you to her! read more

UPDATE AFTER MANAGEMENT'S COMMENT BELOW: If you look below at the management's reply to my review, you can clearly see why this location is so problematic. Unprofessional. I stand by original review without waiver. (see photo, in the event they decide to delete their response.) ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: Oh, this UPS branch is terrible. The customer service at this location is incredibly rude--both employees (male and female). I have gone in this branch on various occasions and they have been less than kind--always saying they can't do a certain service that I have ABSOLUTELY had done at other UPS locations. Today took the cake--while in the store to mail items, the employees were communicating with one another about packages/mailing schedules. The woman employee said to her co-worker, "I don't care about the customers..." that customers can wait in light of the package concern she was talking about. WHAT IN THE WORLD??? In NO CONTEXT is this ok. I don't know if the man and woman who work there are the owners or what because they really don't care in this location at all. If they are not the owners, the owners of this branch need to truly examine their workers, their attitudes and work ethic. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE attitudes. read more

Sweta is a rockstar!!!! shipped skis and boot bag to hotel in wyoming... when we arrived at the hotel we were told boot bag never arrived (boot bag also had jacket, gloves, goggles, ski pants etc!) hotel front desk person went into storage room claimed to have looked but only had skis on Sweta's DAY OFF she tracked package... sent us confirmation boot bag had been signed for... finally hotel manager got involved and found the box Sweta single handedly saved the vacation just another reason we would only use this location (and have been for 20 years) read more

I stopped trying to use this store. They're rude, cheap, stingy, and make you feel bad. I was glad when the other ups store opened in the shopping center, as they're less awful there, but I still prefer the post office--a place with nice people even if you're waiting in line forever & the card reader at the self-service machine hasn't ever worked. Due to Amazon, we are stuck using UPS. So I'll use the one at Princeton Shopping Center simply because it sucks less. read more

Always a positive experience at this UPS. Ivan is extremely efficient, helpful, patient, and kind. Excellent service overall.

First of all I want to Thank the entire staff at UPS for staying open and putting their health at risk in order to serve us during this very difficult pandemic situation. I have been living in Princeton for 20 years. This store has been extremely helpful on many occasions. The staff is accommodating, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure it's a great customer experience. Shweeta has been there many years with Ivan and have been by far extremely helpful and always pleasant. Keep doing the great work! read more

I recently had to find a shipper to send my large paintings to a client. The outfit I had intended to go to no longer ships artwork. I asked several artist friends who they used and a few mentioned a UPS store near them. Since I wasn't about to travel to New Hope and the Bucks County area, I decided to check out the reviews here (Yelp) about local UPS stores in the Princeton area. The reviews for the Nassau St Princeton store were good so I brought my paintings there. The store is clean and organized. I spoke with Sweta, who is terrific. She explained how the paintings would be packed and suggested the best method to ship. After speaking with her I feel very comfortable that the packing will arrive safely. read more

The employees at the store, Sweta and Ivan, are both wonderful. They are efficient and helpful, and provide service with a smile. Woman working at store refused to put on a mask when politely requested to do so. Completely unsafe and also a violation of state law. Will be taking my business to a different location for the remainder of the pandemic Update: while the response from the store implies the employee was eating, she was not. She was working in the front of the store. When I asked her to please put on a mask she told me she wouldn't because it was too hot in the store. read more

I highly recommend the UPS store in Princeton for their professionalism and impeccable service. A special shout out to Sweta who is the assistance manager there. I never write reviews but after reading the negative review by Lizzie below I felt compelled to defend our beloved local UPS store. I've been going to this store for the past 10+ years and the staff has ALWAYS been helpful, respectful and friendly. They are honest and go out of their way to find me the cheapest option whenever possible. I'm sad that in these difficult and scary times when we should be thanking our essential workers, someone is taking the time out to attack them. The UPS folks are putting their and their families' lives at risk to provide these essential services for us when we need them the most. I want thank the staff of the UPS store on Nassau Street from the bottom of my heart for being there for us read more

No you don't follow the rules with access point because it doesn't say to contact the access point to make sure for them to hold your package. That's the whole point of access point to get your packages delivered safely and be held there for a reasonable timeframe and if no one pick it up than definitely to return to sender not just flat out denying a package. So stop your lying please! read more

Following up on a couple previous reviews, (I wish I'd read this Yelp page before using this location) this store seems to not want to be used as a UPS Access Point unless you call them beforehand. I was met with the same angry question as a previous poster of why I would send a package there and was told to call them ahead of time if I wanted to have things shipped there. Normally with UPS you just select an Access Point online and the package arrives there for you to pick it up, no additional contact needed. I realize it's a tough time but the service could have been nicer about it. I just moved to town and there was no way I could have known that this UPS Store somehow works differently than all other UPS Access Points I've used when UPS gave me the option online to ship there. It seems like they maybe don't know UPS policy? After how I was treated the first time I'm probably going to try to find a different Access Point to ship to. read more

Today was a great day as I was worried I was not going to get a birthday package to my son at college but Sweata at the UPS saved the day! Went to pick up a package that I needed rerouted to this address. When I went to pick it up I was met with a "why would you come here to pick up a package" as if it's not a service in which this location fully participates. I expect that employees know how to handle their customers and transactions they may not deal with routinely; NOT be met with a rude and incredulous tone. read more

If you think USPS priority mail is slow these days UPS is really no better. If you think your package will arrive on estimated date just make sure you track it bc it may not. I sent A small package going south on 9/29 est delivery 10/4 it is sitting far west In Portland est arrival 10/11 with no further updates. Save some time on tracking your package the USPS tracking system is much better and Fed ex too.
