I have gone to this store for over 15 years. I have also been to other mail it and UPS stores throughout Houston. This is without a doubt one of the best stores (of any type) in the greater Houston area. I have always found the employees to be professional, courteous and level headed. If I could give this store a zero I definitely would. The owners got mad at me because I posted a review that was true and honest so they kept rejecting my package for 3 days that was attempted to be delivered to their location at 1795 Fry Road Houston TX. HAHAHA. So childish and immature of them (The owners) Little did they know that the company that sent me the package had already sent a replacement sever days earlier. And they put so much effort in rejecting my package and now they will have to deal with a lawsuit related to retaliation And discrimination since they intentionally refused to accept my package because they were so upset over a REVIEW. *****Always Check the Screen**** This place is unreal. I took some packages to send to friends. Shipping was $291. I said "oh I don't need it to get there in an hour. A few days or a week is fine". Then the total went down by $20. A little frustrated I asked to see the options. $61 was the total. I'm still in shock. I was wish I was wrong. What can you truly say about this business? They are obviously a competitor to the United States Postal Service. Their pricing is a tad bit higher than USPS, but they also have a lot more variety of items for purchase in plain site, which includes cards for a variety of occassions. If you are a shipping pinch, this place has later hours that USPS, but as aforementioned, pricier as well. Never had a bad customer service experience here, and I love that you have tracking on all things mailed out through them. read more

Despite clearly explaining where and WHEN I needed a package to arrive to the desired location, the ability to combine these two variables together was apparently insurmountable for the employees of this store. I hardly ever write a review on this website, certainly less than once a year. However, the ineptitude of not one but two employees working at this particular location was appalling. I usually use this place to ship items that I have sold on eBay, but this time it was as a pickup service. I just recently found out that you can have your home shipments dropped off here for no charge! So now you don't have to winder if you have to sign for a package whether you will be home or not.You need to sign up for a UPS account and there will be an option where you can design ate that your package will be dropped off there. You can change it back at any time, just sign into your account and make the change. The other thing is they usually stay open to 7 so it will give you plenty of time to stop by. I don't think I will have any package delivered to my home, especially around a holiday with all the packages being taken off of your porch. I haven't had that happen to me but why take the chance. The gift I ordered last year was not delivered but was taken-back to the Stafford station an hour away because the driver did not want to take the time to deliver it. They said it was a 'seasonal driver' I promised myself not to use UPS again. Amazon delivers many packages to my address all year long and never has any problems. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering a very important gift for my daughter's New Years Birthday which was to be delivered by UPS. I was returning an Amazon package here, Victor helped me out, they told me they were going to charge me a dollar to tape the top of the box. I have been to many different ups stores in the city and have never been charged this. I told them I would just go to another store and they said ok and just let me walk out. Worst service I have ever received at a ups store. Luckily I found some change in my vehicle so I could pay for one strip of tape and 2 seconds of his time to apply it to the box. They're so rude. No greeting, no manners, just plain rude. They don't know much about ups information because I asked them a question on my package, after showing the tracking page. It had gotten relocated instead of being delivered and they couldn't explain nor tell me why, just said "I don't know." They're also cheap stakes. I go to other ups locations and they'll tape something for free, but they charge $1 here.. Really? I should've learned my lesson the first time, but I DEFINITELY learned the second time not to come to this location again. read more

I have a seriously ill son and I am constantly sending receipts to the Ins company. I think I have had help from every member of the staff. I live in Bellaire and that UPS store on Bellaire Blvd can't be bothered most of the time, so I drive all the way to Katy where my son lives and do all of my mailing and faxing there. Used this location for a next day delivery to Austin by paying extra money for it. Was promised a Saturday delivery by 3pm but the packet did not reach. Called the 800 number to find out that they use USPS and therefore can't deliver until Monday. Why couldn't they tell me that they can't deliver by next day. I went to them after going to the post office where I was given the same Monday delivery date. My package was delayed for a contract. UPS can't do anything as all locations are franchise owned. Not ever going to this long location again!! read more

I used this store to return an equipment to Directv and after a while I started receiving letter from Directv asking me where is the equipment, I call the UPS store and supposedly the "owner" Victor put in hold for 20 mins and when he came back to the phone he just told me that they don't any information about my delivery and didn't have a tracking number to find what happened, I contacted Directv and due to this UPS store fault I was charged for the equipment because UPS lost it, I even have a receipt from the store but with no tracking number with the name of this Victor on it. Victor just told me to call Directv and provide a copy from their receipt and wait for Directv to credit my account and resolve the problem that they created, this person Victor was very rude and for sure I will never use their services again. If you have any equipment to return make sure they give you a tracking number, or even better, don't take the risk with this people and use their services. They are worse. read more

Today 2/18/19, I had the most pleasant experience while return my #Amazon item at this UPS Location! The female cashier was very kind, helpful & courteous. Even though I was only returning a small item she didn't hesitate to assist with making sure I had everything I needed to ship my package back properly. I adore this UPS! There are locations closer to my current residence- however when I can, I make it a point to come to this location, Bc I my opinion, the service here is friendly and Intuitive. Usually I experience a very minimal level of service in physical retailers (shocking to me given the state of retail in general), and I actually look forward to doing business with the people at this location. When I say "intuitive" I mean they actually service you --- for instance, they ask if I need assistance. I'm sure sure during high traffic times, they are still friendly, and make an effort to provide positive client service. I for one really appreciate this. Thanks everyone at this location! All I can say I went into this store for advice on how to deliver a package overnight and guarantee delivery. I paid $47 and some change for both overnight there and back. For a total of $102 dollars. I tracked the package and discovered it went to a ups store because the driver did not feel leaving a package was ok. Now that package cant get picked up at the store location until after 1pm tommorw. I told them this was time sensitive items and it had to be delivered and this is what they recommended. So since it did not get delivered I asked them to refund my overnight guarantee since it did not deliver and she could not pick it up until tomorrow. They told me that they could not refund my fee because the driver tried to deliver and made the decision to not leave it on the door step and took it back to the facility. How is this my fault that he decided he did not want to drop a document on the door step or under the Matt. I asked for guarentee delivery. Guys all I can say is if you spend your money for a service with these guys and they dont deliver good luck getting them to live up to there side of the promise. As far as I am concerned they are no better than thieves. You make a promise I expect them to live up to it. So save your money and use the United states postal service. read more

Want your package lost or extremely late use this service! Ive experienced both! I was told by Victor that my package would be in New York by Thursday and $43 later I'm being told it won't get there until Monday... I dropped it off before 3 pm and it's still late!!!. I called 4x to ask questions sent to recording and leave a call back number... when someone finally answered she said they aren't held liable because each customer signs a sheet that says they aren't... the post office would have sent the package over night for that price and guaranteed it would get there.. and if you think I have nothing else to do .. I am writing this yelp as I sit on hold for UPS... cut the middle man out and save money time and poor service..not to mention this ridiculous music holding for 20 minutes!!!...Not Worth It... now UPS stated that they were not given the package until Wednesday!... being sent to them... spoke to one rep at UPS and supervisor...being transferred.. if this sounds like fun... try UPS store Katy. read more
