I can't say I've ever seen customer service on this level. She also was in great spirits and high energy, not annoying high energy but warm...like an aunt. She was able to help me with my FedEx shipment. It doesn't work how it would at a FedEx office ship & print, though I was still able to use my account. They actually looked for the package this time (it was a 20x20x20 box) and found it. I asked why they didn't find it before just to see if they would fess up. This location also has several computers that you can also use to either look at documents and also print. That said, my experience here was quick and the service relatively pleasant. The person in front of me with mailing a shoe box size package somewhere via FedEx's overnight service. His bill came to almost $80. He walked out the door, walked back in and asked whether she'd applied his discount, and she said that yes, that was the price after the discount.
