I'll start by saying the manager there was very good when we spoke to him on another visit. But, on…read moreour next visit, the two people working there acted as if i was bothering them. I needed to get some posters laminated, and they seemed very put off by the request and even suggested I go to Hobby Lobby to see if they could be framed cheaper. I was told I couldn't wait for them because it takes two hours at least to laminate 10 posters (18x24). I was fine with that, but I was told they would call when they were done. Well, no one ever called me. The next day I called and was told they weren't done yet, they had to be "trimmed out" and the person answering the call "wasn't told anything about them". Neither of these issues are my problem, they've had 24 hours to produce the laminated posters and likely wouldn't have done it them if I didn't call; even after they said they would be done in 2 hours. Mind you, I'm paying over $100 to have these laminated! This was originally a "1", but Tassie at the store was very professional and kind. Her actions got them another star.
