They were very unprofessional and rude. They basically called me a liar, and I had to go home and get another box to show them that that Amazon shipped me a keyboard that I was returning in that box in order for them to put a label on the box that I wanted to return l to Amazon. If you want a UPS mailbox DO NOT use this location. They consistently mix up the mail and put the wrong mail in the wrong mailboxes. I brought this to the manager's attention and he really didn't care and refused to make the situation right. It was nothing to him that my important mail could have gone to someone else's box and then that person could have just chucked it in the garbage. Yes their store is all pretty now but their staff is careless so you are better off going to any other location. read more

Absolute worst customer experience ever! Don't ever even consider using this store if you have anything of value or important documents. The employee who took my package was so dim-witted I had to explain to him three times that I was sending a package and where it was going. That should have been enough to warn me off... Not only did they lose the package with legal documents, but they have no tracking info and no record of it being picked up. When I called the store to find out what happened, the phone kept ringing and ringing. When someone finally answered, they put me on hold and never picked up again. I finally got through and the individual who picked up eventually took down my information told me that they would start an investigation and someone would get back to me. No one ever called. I eventually had to go back in the store twice and they still have not gotten any update. It's been 10 days. Perhaps the best way to sum this all up was that when I explained this all to one of the employees there (after repeatedly getting a voicemail box that was full) he simply told me that his manager doesn't care... read more

While the staff of this location does their best regarding normal shipping they fail miserably when it comes to their freight service, especially shipping from state to state. The manager is not well informed about what they can and cannot do, and misstated that they offered door to door delivery of multiple boxes of personal belongings. They failed to do so and drop shipped instead, then claiming they don't offer door to door. The claims manager is unprofessional and rude. Find another provider if you are moving. read more

This is my first review, but I had such a great experience with the 2 young men working last evening (Tues 10/16, around 5pm) I had to give them the accolades they deserve. I had 2 comforters to return to Amazon. They came in a vacuum pack so I could not get them back in the box. First I went to another UPS store. They would not help me tape the box up in the and said I couldn't use the boxes as they wouldn't close. They offered to sell me boxes for appx 5.00 each. I left with my packages hoping to find cheaper boxes elsewhere. On a whim I decided to try the Huntington UPS store. The young men working in the store could not have been more accommodating. They took my packages, said not to worry they would pack them properly and gave me a receipt. I'd like to add there was another woman in the store who had a problem. She also could not get over how helpful the young men working in this store were. If you need to ship something I highly recommend the Huntington Station UPS store!!! read more

My Mom recently passed away on Long Island. My daughter wanted her rocking chair. Problem is my daughter lives in Texas. I visited this location and was assisted by Mitiya. He was just amazing! While the cost to box and ship the chair was a little pricey, the sentiment far outweighed the cost. He expressed his condolences and took such great care and concern to make sure the chair was well cared for and would get to the destination without incident. I had to return four huge boxes that already had labels; they could barely fit in my SUV. There were two employees chatting. I told them what I had. They saw me struggling to get them out of my car and to open the door to the store to get them in. There were no other customers. One of them could've had the common courtesy to take 15 steps from behind the counter to at least hold the door during at least one of the four times I had to go back and forth. This store is one of the best UPS stores around. The workers are really friendly, helpful, and funny. I've come here as they were closing and they've kept the doors open and helped me seal up boxes that came undone. I'm there at least 2-3 times a month and have never had a problem. They have a full stock on supplies all of the time if you choose to buy them there. As far as cost for supplies, whether it's the U.S. Post Office, UPS or FedEx, you're going to pay a slightly higher price than if you go to a store like CVS or order online. It's your choice to buy it there or somewhere else; you could call to find out prices so you know upfront. It's unfortunate that people tend to put in reviews when they have something to complain about, but don't go in to say something nice. I was there early in the summer when a woman came through the door carrying a large box and without asking for help or giving anyone a chance to help her, she started making nasty comments and complaints. As soon as the workers saw her they ran around the corner, then helped her with an additional 3 boxes but all she did was threaten them and put them down the entire time. What is it with people? If someone doesn't notice you, ASK! Don't be a child. read more

While getting my package shipped to my parents at The Ups Store I was greeted right as I walked in the door. This made me feel important and put at ease because of the kindness of all employees. The employees was quick to see that I was having an issue with sealing the box I brought in and they helped get it closed and took the time to go over pricing with me so that I could have the package delivered by my parents anniversary. I had no idea that Huntington Station had such a hidden gem. One day I had to do an Amazon return through them (which I thought I could just toss in one of the drop off boxes but it was too large), and the Huntington Station store was the closest place according to Google maps. Let me tell you, I didn't even have to do much of anything, Chris (and I think the lady's name was Kathy) were helping other people but got to me quickly, took my package and gave me a receipt, that was it! And I had no idea that you could do printing there too, a lot more convenient than having to run all over the place. read more
