Returned a smart watch unpacked and brand new. Watch never arrived, store refused to help. The tracking mysteriously didn't work. When I called store they refused to help. They are thieves- do not go here!! The best part is that the owner responded that the watch was going back to amazon.... nope, ATT!!!! I hope amazon doesn't process a watch that was sent to ATT.... clearly, this UPS store sent my watch into oblivion. read more

This UPS store is simply amazing. I am often sending packages overseas and dealing with customs and the quality of services provided at this store is outstanding. Allen and Maria are superstars and will track my overseas packages and will do whatever it takes to ensure the package is delivered. They will call UPS international if there are any issues and resolve things on their own. This store will go above and beyond and provide the most amazing customer service. I have been to this UPS store on multiple occasions, but yesterday when I went there, the service exceeded my expectations for a number of reasons. I showed up at the tail end of 90 minute goose chase for a notary public, and to make a long story short, I met Will yesterday and he was exactly who I needed to speak with. Not only did he listen with an attentive ear as I vented about my "quest" but he was extremely kind and thorough in making sure that all of my forms were properly notarized and filled out before I left. I entered feeling super stressed and agitated, and when I left, I felt relieved and HEARD. All because he and the staff there had such empathy for my frustration and once again, listened while they helped me straighten things out. Now, I'm not one to usually write novels about things, but sometimes it's necessary, as is the case with my UPS experience yesterday. What a refreshing customer service experience it was, and I'm not likely to forget their kindness there anytime soon. read more

Best packing job ever! Nothing I was shipping was of value to anyone else, but it all had sentimental value to me, and they did the most amazing packing job I've ever seen. It took me forever to unpack everything, which was great, because it showed the care they took to pack it all.
