This is the BEST UPS store! Zack is always prompt (there in plenty of time and ready for transactions even before opening) which makes transactions as quick and easy as possible. The more I use other stores the more I feel so grateful to have this store close to me with one of the most efficient workers in he area. Anytime I send emails of items to print they are always ready when I get there. One time, I sent an email with the label to send back a package and it was printed by the register ready for me to pay and send the package. Honestly, it's the little things that just make your day. I am super thankful for Zack and the rest of the staff that personally make my day as smooth as possible. I used to dread going to post offices or shipment stores until here. I am so glad they have new owners!! They are super nice . Super helpful staff. If you avoided this place in the past it's a whole new ball game come back you won't be sorry . The last owners were rude and she would do anything to keep from picking up a package she would say oh I have a bad shoulder you're gonna have to lift it , And oh don't forget you can't have the door propped open she said rats would run in. I guess they we sitting outside just waiting to get in as I'm carrying in 40 lb boxes. It got so bad I would dread going there and would go all the way to Pensacola to avoid seeing her. read more

3 stars for having the door open and a bright, clean store. I've been in this place 4 times and 4 out of 4 times, the person(s) I dealt with were a bit condescending. Yes, I was fully prepared with ID for my notarized docs, and addresses, zip codes, etc. for my shipping. Even still, I got the impression by how they talked to me that they were annoyed with me for just walking in the door. Maybe I showed up when they were having a bad day each time I was there. Other than that, they have a wide-range of services, ample parking, great location and a clean, bright store. I'll go there again, because it's convenient & clean. read more

I don't write many 1 star reviews, but this UPS store deserves it. First the staff here is really cold, not really friendly at all, just kind of a blah attitude. I don't have a problem with them though, they clearly take their attitude from the manager and/or owner, as does any organization. So I don't blame them for their lack of enthusiasm, they probably get treated poorly by the owner. I went in today to make 4 b&w copies of some items I had saved in a cloud. The owner helped me out. I told him I just wanted to make copies and asked if I could email them. He just snuffed me and told me to sit down at a computer. I then went to my email and printed them out, and then went to the cash register. To my amazement they the kid that rang me up did so for $2.85! I told him it was a rip-off I just had 4 pieces of paper. He told me they charge for "computer time". It was apparent to me that the owner purposely made me sit down at that computer to milk every last cent out of me and charge me unnecessary money. I've been in here before printing out items from my email and did not get charged for "computer time". The staff just simply printed out my items and I paid for the copies and that was it. This time the owner was involved and took his unethical practices and clearly ripped me off. Watch out for this place, they will rip you off at any chance they can get. Go somewhere else, like many of the UPS stores in Pensacola that have great staff (and therefore owners). read more

Preston is an excellent representative for this UPS store. I had two packages to drop off and a card with photos that needed extra postage, services that Preston delivered professionally and with a great attitude, all the while other customers were walking in the door and asking him questions. Talk about great multi tasker. It did my heart good to see a young person taking his work seriously and delivering excellent customer service. The store was immaculate and well organized. I sold some items on ebay and had a Dr.s appointment in Gulf Breeze this morning. I'm not familiar with Gulf Breeze and saw the UPS store and thought maybe I could drop off prepaid packages that the postman would pick up. I asked the woman behind the counter and she just said "no." I left the store and proceeded to my appointment only to see a United States Post Office not even a block from the UPS store. I just thought if that was me behind the counter I would of at least said, "Sorry, we don't do that, but there is a Post Office right on the other side of this shopping center." I've read other reviews and they pretty much say the same thing. The people running that place are rude and wouldn't give you the time of day. Thanks so much for your kindness UPS Lady! Just went in to mail an envelope. I wanted to know all the prices they had, the guy Zack went ahead and printed the most expensive one and got mad and threw the papers when I refused that option. I just wanted to put a stamp on to mail the envelope and he still charged me $5. I will drive to the ups store on bayou in Pensacola from now on where I know the staff are friendly. read more

I have used this place numerous times and they are always nice, helpful and just fun young people!! Equipment is very good too so I probabily won't get my own printer! read more
