Not only did he incorrectly guess the size and placement of what she wanted, but when she explained she could not afford to ruin both sides of it he told her "you have no idea what you are talking about" and then told her to leave. Such terrible customer service and verification of all the terrible things I have heard about the establishment. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble of putting up with his attitude. If a customer is trying to explain to you that they cannot AFFORD to have two unusable sides of something, maybe try to offer a different solution instead of talking down to them. You are a business owner or manager I'm sure. Try acting like one. Dissapointing.

She was able to buff the deep scratch to the point it's barely visible and the guitar looks and plays great with her modifications to the nut and neck. I went into future tech shortly before Christmas as my phone wouldn't charge so first I went into a…read morebell store who is my provider and they directed me next door. I took the phone in and asked him if they could plug it in to see if it would charge there to see whether or not it was just my charge card or my charging device. The gentleman working at night seemed very adept and knowledgeable so I trusted him he said that he could get a diagnostic done on my phone for $29 and that I would have it that the next business day. I decided to do that and I purchased open box phone that was supposed to be exactly like the one I was having looked at. There were many issues with all of this the phone which was supposed to be available the next day and ended up being over a month before I got it back it was in pieces it hadn't even been put back together they decided nicely not to charge me for the new screen that they put on it which I didn't need in the first place as the only issue was charging the stupid phone. He had obviously taken it apart and done God knows what and I was advised that it was a logic board problem so the phone was unrepairable. The phone I purchased every time it came to an ad with flash it did not have enough storage even though it was a 32 storage over 29 gigs were used for all the stuff that was already on the phone which I had a nightmare removing any of it so constantly being told that I was almost out of storage I have nothing on the phone I have approximately four pictures to download for paperwork that needed to be filled out and four games all of this well under the 2 GB that I had left to use on my phone the only 2 GB that was ever available in the first place. This was obviously not an out of the box phone something was definitely wrong as down where the battery would be it was sort of bubbly so it would make a crackling noise if you pressed on that area and to say I'm frustrated angry etc would be an incredible understatement. Whoever their check is is unprofessional does not know what he's doing he took a phone that wouldn't charge and completely destroyed it a phone that had incredibly important information that unfortunately had not been backed up which was my fault in the first place but some of this would not be able to be backed up because of the app that it was using. And I couldn't back it up because I couldn't get the phone to turn on cuz it wouldn't charge so he did manage to get the phone to turn on so in that case I could have backed up everything unless he had already destroyed it at that point which was why he kept the phone so long because he had done something to the logic board. Allegedly. I am hoping if I could find a technician who not only knows what they're doing but is reliable and reputable will be able to fix my phone so I can get this information off of it. It is critical and there's no other way to get a hold of it. I've considered doing a transfer since it can be turned on but honestly I'm afraid cuz I do not know what he did. Do not get any repairs done at this store do you not buy phones at this store they are not open box they are not close box I believe that they are either poorly fixed phones or you know refurbished possibly I do not believe that they are new not at this point I believe that potentially this particular store at any rate buys substandard materials has technicians who are poorly trained if at all do not let them touch your phones do not buy one from them the prices might be good but it's not worth the end result do not go to this store don't end up upset like me and out of pocket.

The owner seemed nice and apologetic and my kobo worked fine for a month. Then the same thing happened so I took it somewhere else. They were shocked when they opened it. Not only had they not changed the port, but they heated up the port to try and fuse it, and then used a chewed up piece of paper to wedge it down into place. I am soooo angry and will never go there again. I actually gave them a good review after getting my kobo back! The guy who fixed it properly gave me the old port to show me and look pictures of the inside. I plan to take it in and show him. I want my money back!
