I love this place. They are friendly, cheap and quick! I leave my dry cleaning with the ever-smiling Dawn, and she has it done for me the next day. I have used their alteration/tailoring service 3 times and they have done an excellent job, including one major alteration job. I have used this for alterations twice in less than 3 months, needless to say because I'm doing this review I'm not overly happy & won't ever go back!. The first time I used them was in June 2013 for my sons suit pants to be hemmed for graduation, the young women doing the measuring did not ask my son to keep his shoes on to measure pant legs where they should be, so when we picked up and got them home and tried on with shoes they were to short! I'm not a professional tailor so I didn't really think to have shoes on- talked to owner she said she would fix this issue and bring pants in, thank god there was enough material to fix! Recently I was getting my sons uniform pants hemmed (3 pairs) and asked for all three pants buttons/clasps on waist be fixed- different young women made the notes (on a scrap piece of paper! how professional is that!) went to pick up and all 3 pants were hemmed however none of the clasps were done! Even though I pointed out that on the work order (scrap paper) it said clasps/buttons to be done, I expressed my disappointment and her excuse was "sorry the person that does alterations doesn't speak/read English good"... so that's my fault?!?! She offered to have them fixed in 2 days, I said no I was done using them as these errors are uncalled for & I left, she did tell me she would get owner to contact me (which I doubt will happen). When we got home I thought we better try pants on, out of all three pairs of pants one legs altered was bad. Out of BOTH incidents neither offered to compensate me for my troubles! not a discount or free hem, nothing!!! So yes there prices are cheaper but you def get what you pay for!!!! read more

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I have been going here for years and my family was regular clients as well. One family member warned me that they recently ruined hemming their sheer drapes but they did not take any recourse as the store owner said that it was the 'fabrics' fault. We recently took 4 panels of IKEA drapes there to be hemmed anyways, and when they were returned, each panel was a different length. 1inch to 4inch difference! Basically they were ruined and could not be used anymore. When we called to complain, she blamed IKEA for making different length panels. I called IKEA and they said they never have this problem, and they cannot sell different length panels as a pair. It's unheard of. We tried to get our money back at least for the poor hemming job, and she refused, stating it was still OUR fault as we told her to take of 29" off the bottom instead measuring the length from the top. She never asked us to give an length amount from the top down, so this was her professional error knowing that this could potentially cause issues of different lengths according to her. Along with returning all four panels that were completely hemmed at different lengths, she was extremely rude and obstinate, and verbally attacked us on the phone, then hung up on us. She would not give us a refund or admit/pay for her mistake. We will never use this business again, and highly recommend that people go elsewhere unless you want to have random lengths on your hemming jobs and be blamed for it. Now, back to IKEA to start from scratch again. :( read more
