I'm new to the area and they gave me the worst customer service ever. Came in on a Tuesday for a simple zipper replacement. The zipper was less than 2 dollars and I was being charged about 20 dollars for the work done. That's fine, as long as I get my zipper fixed. Come back in on a Thursday after 6 like they quoted me and my jeans were STILL not ready. I was livid. They did a 5 minute rush job and the lady behind the counter actually took my receipt. I bring my jeans home and the next day I wore them at work and the seam wasn't closed off properly. The entire inside of my jeans was mangled and I had to reinforce the stitches by hand. For twenty dollars they managed to completely ruin my favourite DKNY jeans and they weren't even done by the time they quoted me. I do not recommend the Waterloo location to anyone and if I could give it less than a star I would. This place managed to not only overcharge me, but they wasted my time and they actually refused to give me their managers name. Do not go to the Conestoga location in Waterloo, they will only ruin your clothes.
