I was the only one in the store, with my 2 weigh bills already filled out when I walked in the door. I normally put the pkg on the scale for the employee to write the weight. They then fill out the "UPS use only" portion at bottom, then hand me the top copy. This fellow, ignored me when I put the first pkg on the scale. Then another person came in behind me, who he helped for the next 5 - 8 minutes, giving a package to someone without the proper identification. He was not happy with them and definitely showed it. Then when they left he looked blankly at me and finally looked at the scale and read out the weight. I asked what I was to do with that, and explained to him that the UPS employee normally fills it out for me and hands it back. He told me it was "NOT HIS JOB", very abruptly, and continued on, that others did it only as an extra service for me, but it was definitely NOT HIS JOB. I asked where I was to weigh the package then, he said he didn't care, it was NOT HIS JOB. I asked in the future what I was to do, he said he would do it, but again I was to know that it was NOT HIS JOB. Left there in a very bad mood. I work with customers every day and do extras for them as well without making them feel bad. This fellow will decrease customers for this store. I will not go in again.

It might cost $5 to print the docs, but the fact that you used their computer will cost you another dollar. Additionally, their prices are extremely high compared to that of the campus Media Doc. For similar quality, you can get it for 1/2 of the price at Media Doc in the Math & Computing building. I use to like this place because they opened 24/7 but they now only open until 10pm.

The service here is wonderful…read more I recently built a new computer with brand new parts and for some peculiar reason it wasn't working. I dropped it off here and the guy who fixed it texted me later and explained what the issues were and also offered assistance with other miscellaneous things (normally other PC shops charge extra for this). Being a student in Waterloo without a car, picking it up wasn't exactly feasible in the snow. I asked him if he could drop it off and perhaps have a look at my SSD (which came AFTER I gave him the PC) At my place, he set up the SSD and left. Not long after, I let him know I was having trouble installing the OS on the SSD. He offered to stop by and take a look at it, and of course fixed it. (It turns out that the computer was only recognizing one of the drives) This was all for a flat rate of 80$~. Overall, this was the best experience I've had at a PC repair shop. Highly suggest going here especially with newer builds.

Other stores gave me a huge headache and made my project seem like a huge problem for them. Not UPS. My project was not a problem at all for them, and they completed it quickly, too. I was really thankful that John helped me. After feeling frustrated by my treatment from other copy stores, John assured me my project was easy for them, and he was polite and respectful to me. Their cleaning bill was and the owner left with the items. Since then, they did not showed up on the return date to return the clothing, they have not answered or returned any of my calls, e-mails, or text messages. The have accepted the money, and at this point 3 weeks later I consider the clothing stolen. I would never recommend this company and think they should be reported for the theft of the clothes and money they took for the cleaning.
