I have always had fast and efficient service at this location. I recently tried other copy stores to get some copies done. Other stores gave me a huge headache and made my project seem like a huge problem for them. Not UPS. My project was not a problem at all for them, and they completed it quickly, too. I was really thankful that John helped me. After feeling frustrated by my treatment from other copy stores, John assured me my project was easy for them, and he was polite and respectful to me. I think this store is a winner if you want your work done fast and with people who are polite. read more

What can I say more...if I could give more stars I would! Jay is amazing! John too! I knew these guys from their Cambridge store, which they have recently sold - so off to Kitchener I go! I have done so much work with Jay, he is incredible. Plenty of print work for my business, with his background in graphics, making business cards etc he has helped in so many of my projects! Thanks guys for helping with all of my random projects over the past 5 years. Looking forward to many more with you! Always the best! I highly recommend them for any of their services! Jay you're the best! read more

The supervisor stephanie is quite rude and doesn't understand the employees working condition. I had joined as a splitter and they made me load and unload trucks after that stephanie informed me to pickup heavy baggages(wasn't my job) which I denied and in a very rude manner she sent to go home.I would never suggest such a place filled incapable seniors who are being promoted just due to their age. read more

I have given this location multiple chances but today was the last straw. The employees act like they care more about your money than printing and the cost seems to go up every time. Today I wanted 2 copies of something printed, which would cost around $30 from their previous fees. I return after they were in queue for an hour, and when I finally got my print work, which I emphasized needed to be aligned between front and back, even after I added a very thick border so no white would show even with their spotty track record. I ended up with 3 copies which they wanted to charge me almost $70 for. Not only that, the backs were so out of line I couldn't even use them as when I cut everything out it would not line up at all. I managed to get the price down to $45 but I will not be going here again. read more

I had a very bad experience shipping china to my family in the US. Although the boxes arrived timely, they were in deplorable condition with many items broken, shattered. A claim was filed online and pictures were sent itemizing the damage. It took 1 and 1/2 months and multiple inquiries as to the status of the claim to finally reach restitution. We bought insurance to protect the shipment but never did we think it would arrive in such damaged condition. UPS deals only with their franchisee owners, not the person spending the money to ship. John was very responsive but my complaint is with the company's customer service in this situation. Why should the customer have to do all the work to make sure the claim is processed when UPS broke the items through their handling. Never again UPS! read more

I waited a few months before posting this review to give myself time to process and decide whether or not I need to post a review, but after careful consideration, I decided that it is necessary to share my unacceptable, poor customer service experience from this company. I used this company and this specific store (#530) to ship out a package (this was on September 18th, 2020). I had paid a whopping $378 for all the shipping and duty fees.. which I had expected. The worker, Ben had said that everything is paid for and no additional shipping or duties would be charged as it was all paid in full on that day. Furthermore, Ben said that the recipient of the package would receive it on September 26th, 2020. To my surprise not only was the recipient charged additional duties, but the package arrived 3 months late. I understand that shipping may be delayed due to the pandemic, however it would have been nice to be informed of the changes. I had paid for expedited shipping for the recipient to receive this 3 months late. This package was full of essential non-perishable food, PPE, and clothing for a third world country. They needed these items asap which is why I expedited this order. After the 26th, I had contact UPS customer service to follow up with the status of my order as the tracking number was not providing me with any updates at all, it kept saying that it was shipped out but that the receiver and sender had "abandoned the package". When I contacted customer service all they had told me was that they cannot find my package or the invoice for the package and that they can give me a credit of $100..... a credit for $100 after 1. My package filled with over $1000 worth of items is nowhere to be found and 2. I paid almost $400 for expedited shipping. When the package finally arrived 3 months later I was shocked and embarrassed to hear from the recipient that they were asked to pay a few different fees (totalling 500 Canadian dollars). In addition, the package was first delivered to another part of the country because the postal code that Ben had inputted was incorrect - even though I provided the correct postal code at the store and the address is clearly labelled on the package. I am absolutely DISGUSTED at the courier service, customer service, and communication that this company provided. To this day I still have not heard back from the company about my concerns. I would NEVER recommend this company.. even for local deliveries, you get cheated out of your money and charged additional fees with no accountability from the company.

There were three people there, and they just stared at me while they were busy working; no one bothered to ask me to wait. So that's probably a bad sign already. The worst part is, when they finally talked to me, I asked for a quote on several items and they said that they were busy and they'd get back to me if I left an email. So I did. A week later, I heard nothing. So I went back in. They gave me the quote there, and even though the service was subpar, the prices were above par. So, I decided to go with them. I asked them to go ahead with the order, and their delivery was horribly slow. In fact, I didn't even get a call or receive an email when my order was ready!! I went in to ask about it and they miraculously had my order packaged. Later on, I asked for another quote on a larger order, and they never got back to me. It's already been 3 months. It's like they don't want any business! I won't be going back.
