Okay I see why the ratings are bad…read more I thought I had a 5$ off 15$ min shipping. Turns out it's only valid in the states. So I went in without printing my shipping label and had to get it done in store. I arrived at 4:20pm. It took the gentleman 25min to do it. And I had the address printed out (not hand written) and the shipping account prepared. Mindblowing. Will never return without a preprinted label.

I always go to this location and normally have a good experience with their other employees. The…read morefellow working yesterday was horrible. I was the only one in the store, with my 2 weigh bills already filled out when I walked in the door. I normally put the pkg on the scale for the employee to write the weight. They then fill out the "UPS use only" portion at bottom, then hand me the top copy. This fellow, ignored me when I put the first pkg on the scale. Then another person came in behind me, who he helped for the next 5 - 8 minutes, giving a package to someone without the proper identification. He was not happy with them and definitely showed it. Then when they left he looked blankly at me and finally looked at the scale and read out the weight. I asked what I was to do with that, and explained to him that the UPS employee normally fills it out for me and hands it back. He told me it was "NOT HIS JOB", very abruptly, and continued on, that others did it only as an extra service for me, but it was definitely NOT HIS JOB. I asked where I was to weigh the package then, he said he didn't care, it was NOT HIS JOB. I asked in the future what I was to do, he said he would do it, but again I was to know that it was NOT HIS JOB. Left there in a very bad mood. I work with customers every day and do extras for them as well without making them feel bad. This fellow will decrease customers for this store. I will not go in again.

My package was dropped off here and their opening hours during the week didn't work with my…read moreschedule. 40 mins past closing time on the weekend I realised they're closed! I still tried calling and to my surprise they answered! I explained the situation and the gentleman was kind enough to stay and wait! I got there and couldn't find my ID. I was able to confirm the tracking number and provide another form of identification and I was able to collect. They went above and beyond and I am happy they did. 5 stars!
