There were three people there, and they just stared at me while they were busy working; no one bothered to ask me to wait. So that's probably a bad sign already. The worst part is, when they finally talked to me, I asked for a quote on several items and they said that they were busy and they'd get back to me if I left an email. So I did. A week later, I heard nothing. So I went back in. They gave me the quote there, and even though the service was subpar, the prices were above par. So, I decided to go with them. I asked them to go ahead with the order, and their delivery was horribly slow. In fact, I didn't even get a call or receive an email when my order was ready!! I went in to ask about it and they miraculously had my order packaged. Later on, I asked for another quote on a larger order, and they never got back to me. It's already been 3 months. It's like they don't want any business! I won't be going back.

They went above and beyond what was asked, especially in the kitchen. They arrived early, were very kind and respectful of our home. We have medical equipment around and they were very careful with all that. The house felt like a new house, especially the kitchen.
