Went to store for a return. Gave counter help box and paper work for the return. Box needed to be taped up. And gave them the paperwork. UPS stated sure they can tape up. Well the correct paper work was NOT put on the box. How do I know? Because the box was returned to me with an awful tape job. Have to get the box out today for the return - found a place open late and we know that have people that will do it correctly. My advice do not leave the store until you see the finished product. read more

Just dropped off my Spectrum router and modem. Took maybe 10 minutes maximum, only issue was parking which is bad everywhere on Mack. Great service and very friendly. I asked to double check the serial number and on my receipt and they were very understanding and helped me double check. Very happy with my experience here, would recommend. read more

The manager is not helpful and arrogant . Absolutely not helpful and not nice . I'm 73 years old and don't wish that manager of UPS drop office be just not nice ! Absolutely fast paced. I went into the store to make return and I met this young lady named Mikyla (I hope I'm not spelling it wrong). She told me her name too; sorry. This is a reply to the response I got. I hear what you're saying, but that not how your employees word it. Even the way you worded it isn't very professional. UPS loses things too. UPS breaks things in shipping. Things happen. But when people return equipment tell them to keep the receipt just in case something happens. I was literally told that my service provider sucks and will probably lose them, so keep the receipt. Be professionals. I'm also pretty positive that when you scan stuff in it's removed from the companies account before they even receive it now. The day this happened I logged on to my internet providers wev site and the modem I returned with you was already removed and my UPS tracking showed that it was still in your possession, as I had just dropped it off hours earlier. read more

I stopped in here in order to use their desktop computer, as I've done at other UPS Store locations - someone sent me an Excel document with a lot of columns, and there was no way I was going to be able to look at it all on my phone screen, and I didn't want to drive back to my office to pull it up on my computer. And I needed to respond to the sender quickly. I asked the clerk how much the minute/hourly rate was on the computer, explained that I needed to pull up my email, and he asked me if I was going to print something. I responded, "No, I don't need to print anything". He then told me I could only use the computer if I printed something. So, I said, "OK, I'll print the document, when I'm done looking at it. How much for that?" He said, "Well, now I know that you just want to get on the internet to look at your email, so I can't let you use the computer. That's the owner's rule. Sorry." I pointed out to him that there wasn't anyone else in the store, and that they had two desktops, and that I didn't think my 15 minutes of computer use would probably prevent anyone else from potentially printing something. Not to mention that I was more than happy to pay them for the use of the computer, AND, print something, if that would satisfy store policy. He said, "Nope. Sorry, bro." I brought a prepaid Amazon return package in to this UPS Store to have it scanned in and sent back. My package wasn't fully sealed, so I asked for a piece of tape. They told me that it would cost $1.00. Literally, they charged me a dollar for a 5-inch piece of packing tape that cost them fractions of a cent. Apparently this UPS Store doesn't think they should have to pay for any of the costs of doing business. I'm surprised they didn't try to charge me for the electricity to light the store during my trip there. Next time I'll make sure to take my package to one of the countless UPS Stores that have respect and appreciation for their customers. read more

If you feel like being ignored, and treated rudely at the same time this is your UPS store. I chose to stop here as there was a spot right in front, and the USPS right down the street is normally very busy. A woman was being helped when I arrived, a gentleman walked in a few minutes after I got there. Not one person said hello, not one person asked what I needed. I turned on my heels to leave and as I hit the door I could hear the woman raise her voice and she too walked out right behind me. I ran into her a few minutes later at the Post Office, we discussed our experience, and both agreed that we will never give UPS our money again. We have a small tight knit community here, treat us well and you will have our loyalty. Mistreat us and you will never see us again. read more

I don't get the negative reviews... I had service at a detroit ups store and they actually charged per delivery for anything over a handful per month. I hate shopping and buy everything I can on line and this store always handles my many packages without complaint and with a smile! read more

I have used this UPS Store site for years. Great service, friendly yet professional staff.

The gentleman that was helping me was very nice, however the older lady was very rude to customers. A man tried to come into the store without a mask, and she was so sarcastic to him. He asked if he could use his shirt to cover his face. She said "yah do something, you just walked by the sign on the door that says you need a mask". Totally could have addressed this in a nicer way. read more

So I ordered a fragile package and it ships via UPS. When it arrives at my house I noticed a large bend in the package. I open it up to inspect it and sure enough my item is broken. I went through the simple return procedures on Amazon and print out a shipping label and take it to the UPS store where they have the stones to charge me to package the item the that UPS broke in the first place! This is incredibly shady and I will no longer do any business with this UPS store. read more

If you want to be ripped off this is the place to go. Sad I had to give 1 star. I brought prepaid packages to be returned. Man tells me it should go into a box. I said sure. I look at Bill. $4.50 for box and $6.50 for another box.....I asked if I was being charged for 2 boxes and he said "no" it's for supplies. He chose a huge box to put items in , which he then had to fill with popcorn and charged me extra. Seriously....rip off. I am very sure there were smaller boxes. Next time going to post office or staples and buying my own box. Oh, and I forgot he also said the charge is for tape too......lol. smh read more

I have used this UPS store for years, primarily for business shipments, but personal as well. The service has been unwavering in friendliness and professionalism. To date, I've had no problems with anything I've shipped through them. I've often used them to package what I'm shipping, and they do a great job. Packaging can be expensive, so I do it myself when possible. But frankly, boxes, popcorn and bubble wrap aren't cheap at Staples either :-) read more
