We used the Glen Cove UPS store for a "pack and ship" to the west coast. They did a fabulous job packing the items, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The service was efficient and friendly, and there is convenient parking right in front of the store. The manager, Trish, took charge of our interaction and clearly did a very effective job organizing and packing up the items, most of which were fragile. Highly recommended. read more

worst manager ever, worst customer service ever worst delivery ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On 4.17.25 I tried to send an important cd disc of an xray of my spine to my surgeon, I live on Long island. His office is a big building in Manhattan that gets 100's of pieces of mail, ups, and fedex a week!! I will just attach the tracking from UPS. It is the most absurd thing I have ever seen or experienced. I called the manager at UPS Greenvale, Trish and for a week was given the runaround 2x being told it was forgotten to be loaded on their truck to be returned to them? I was initially told it was the wrong address of the recipient, as stated earlier it is a huge office building in manhattan ??? I was also told I would be called with update and on Thursday 4.24.25 I HAD TO CALL TRISH, and that was the second time I was told it was not loaded on the truck ?????, at that point I already had to go the imaging center and get a second disc to send to my dr which i did with fedex and it was there the next day??? I told Trish I wanted a refund and my original disc back and she said they don't do refunds for regular ground shipments ??? but would see what she could do and would call me the next day and of course I never received a call???? I have managed and trained managers of multi million dollar retail and wholesale business, the 2 most important basic tenets of managing is to solve problems and be truthful, this manager failed miserably on both counts!! It is now 5.1.25 no call no NOTHING!! I have given UPS much business and money over the years and will never again use them, I still want my refund of $18.00, as you can see from the tacking it is still in limbo and LOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because of Covid I have had to do a lot of on line shopping. As a result I had to do a lot of on line returns. Each time i have gone to this UPS Store i have been greeted pleasantly and the service was always efficient and professional. My last visit Trish the Store Manager was present and Allan assisted me. I just wanted to say how incredible Trish and her team (Dustin and all the other employees) have been. We started an organization that delivers art supplies and provides Zoom art classes for children in need. As our program has grown tremendously we often walk into the store with up to 40 boxes at a time. The team at this store is kind, professional, helpful and goes above and beyond to make the shipments easy. This UPS doesn't have any of the services any other normal UPS store offers. It's a place for PO Boxes, at best. The printer at my house broke, I noticed UPS has an option to print return shipping labels in store. This UPS store was the closest to my house. The man working told me they don't print shipping labels... when I asked why he scattered to find an answer, looked over at the copy machine, and told me the copy machine was broken... Being that this has no relevance to printing out my shipping label, I realized he just didn't want to, so I took my business elsewhere. Will never return here. read more
