Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and let's not forget condescending (I assume because I am older and had questions, who knows). But if you want to take the risk, I say go for it. The location of the Springfield Greyhound station isn't exactly package-friendly, i.e., transporting packages is a bit difficult through the doors. I had a dolly to take my boxes inside. The attendant offered me their flat bed, which was great. She and another attendant patiently and carefully weighed and labeled each box. They also told me where the boxes would be transferred to a new bus on their journey. Will I use the service again? Depends on the circumstances, but I'm not ruling it out.

I had a wedding coming up in 3 weeks and I couldn't wait that long. I called him, and he said no problem, so immediately drove over.Depsite coming in 15 minutes before closing time (a fact I am not proud of) he expertly picked out a suit for me, pinned and ordered me the correct jacket size, and I was out the door. He got it back to me hemmed and tailored in under 2 weeks for a very reasonable price! It was my first time getting a suit, so I had no to completely rely on his expertise, and he did not dissapoint.
