They even CHANGE obituaries after you have sent it to them to have published online which they have no right to do and then when confronted, lie about it and then eventually admit it. They are unprofessional, petty, and thoughtless. If you want to deal with imbecile people during a time in your life when you are mourning the death of a loved one, then use Wright-Roy funeral home. If you wish to have a positive, respectful, and supportive service for your loved one, I highly suggest you go elsewhere.
