    Never had any issues here. They take my packages and ship them where I ask them to. I'm usually in and out in no more than a few minutes.

    My letter to this store manager "Exxx" and and to UPS in general after failing to provide a…read moreguaranteed service: "That is an excuse, Exxxx. Whether you are making the excuse personally or just passing along the company rep's reply to you as an answer, it is still just an excuse made to a customer who spent almost $100 on a service that the organization you represent failed to provide. And you not only failed to provide that service, you failed to live up to the spirit of your guarantee. You have no idea how important it was for me to get that letter to the recipient's desk first thing in the morning on Monday. If I could have just gotten into their mail room by Monday, I still would have had a chance. But now, all those possibilities are gone. Consider the fact that i spent $100 to mail a letter! Don't you think that must have been important? And all you guys had to say was, "maybe, it'll get there on time." I could have considered my options. That's what FEDEX did. They told me up front they couldn't get there by Monday, and they even suggested you guys. They gave me directions and everything AFTER I called your store and asked if you could deliver it on time; your system said you would come through. You could have just said, there's a chance. But to promise?? And then turn around and tell me that I am too late to ask for a refund??? Too late by how much - a day??? You mean like how late you guys were with my letter???!!! Exxxx, you, your store, and UPS itself have not only lost a customer. You have managed to make me an advocate against ever considering your services for anything at all, UPS related or otherwise. And I will actively encourage anyone or any group I come across who even thinks about using UPS and/or your store to do otherwise. Normally I would read this letter over and edit it for paragraph breaks and so forth. But frankly I just don't care...because clearly you don't either. Why are you even in business?     I rarely have to go to a UPS store to send a package. My…read moredaughter went off to College and I sent her a pair of shoes. Chris, oh what can I say about about him. He is the main reason I'm giving 5 ... Great sales person!!!! Great at his job!!!! This is the place to go in Stafford for sending a package. Btw, he will ask you if there is anything flammable , so make sure you know what you sending. I have lived in Stafford all my life and I never even realized that the UPS store was there because it's on the other side of town.

    This UPS Store lost my package and they refused to do anything about it. I dropped the package off…read moreon April 29, 2026, and UPS proper never received it. I went to file a claim and UPS told me that they never received the package. Therefore, I could not file a claim. I then contacted the UPS store and they refused to help me in any way. I then informed them that I would never use them again, and the woman I was speaking to hung up the phone on me. The people at this UPS Store are inept at their job. They have no idea what they're doing, and that's why they lost my package. This is inexcusable, and I filed a complaint with the UPS customer service. Here's an update to my review: Here's how the "Local Business Customer Service" responded to my original review: "This is concerning to hear, Zmoonchild L.. We are forwarding this to the appropriate team right away and will look into this further. Please reach out to us at CustomerRelations@UPSStore.com so we can follow up with you." Here's my response to the "Local Business Customer Service" You are NOT concerned about anything. That's a complete lie. Otherwise, the store wouldn't have hung up the phone on me when I called them. They do NOT care about any of their customers. I did contact CustomerRelations@UPSStore.com. They said that UPS Store 6295 told them that UPS picked up the package. Here is the tracking number 1Z14V49EYW13970738. You can see that UPS never got the package, and that means that UPS Store 6295 lied. UPS also told me that because UPS Store 6295 lost my package I can NOT file a claim, and that's because UPS never received the package. All the "Local Business Customer Service" did was post a copy & paste response to my original review here with the hopes that somehow that would resolve them from their incompetent service. All of this proves that UPS Store 6295 is the worst place to have a package shipped. AVOID THEM!!!!!!!!! UPS Store 6295 lost the package I gave them, and because that I lost $149.00. Just like they did to me, they will lose your package, hang up the phone on you, and cost you money. AVOID THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
