I was informed that he would sanitize after he finished with the customer. Needless to say the computer was never sanitized. I ended up using my smart phone to edit what I needed to and emailed it to the store to complete my order. The man behind the counter was not helpful with sanitizing. However the last that assisted with my order was very attentive and helpful.

The store appeared clean and attendants helpful. Some of the reviews were bad here so I was a little nervous doing something important here. I was satisfied and paid the extra fee to rush the papers. The only annoying thing is that it got stuck in Florida after it was supposed to arrive on its final destination so the extra fee was a waste of money in the end and it was important that it arrived early or on time instead of after the date. :/

I made sure he had my phone number and forwarded the content to him via email and he assured me I could pick it up on Friday. I came in Friday and he told me "oh, I couldn't do it" Stunned I asked "Why not?" He explained the way the slides were laid out, he couldn't print them in order. I said, trying to hide my frustration, "I wish you would have called me. I could have adjusted it for you." He replied, " I couldn't find your number. Mind you, he had my email because the content was sent to him via email but whatever. I tried to adjust the layout on the computer in the shop, but while I was trying, he figured it out. That to me meant if he had spent a few minutes trying to figure it out while doing the job, he could have completed the job. Now he assured me I could pick it up on Monday. I called before I got there because they close at 5 and it was 4:30 and I was just getting to the commuter lot. I wanted to make sure he knew I was still coming to pick it up. Good thing I called because when I got there at 4:45, he was just printing it. It was almost like he heard my message and thought, crap I better do that now. When I finished he gave me this poorly laid out book and the whole book is out of order. The last page is the first page. A simple two minute read through or at least comparison with what I provided would have made it obvious this was out of order. Annoyed, but still being too pleasant, I told him it was out of order. He put the pages in order and printed it again. This time it was in order but it just looks stupid. There is a cover image with a blank page right next to it. (See photo) as a professional printer, I would have been embarrassed to present this to a customer. Now I don't have time to get this reprinted and I'm stuck with 5 copies of a book I'm embarrassed to present to anyone.. In all of the errors and communication failures, not once did he apologize or express a single ounce of remorse for this poor service. This job was handled so poorly, I felt disrespected. I'm not sure why my experience is so different from whomever gave him 5 stars, but I wouldn't use this shop to make a single copy

UPS Store, Fredericksburg VA (Dec, 2024). My husband and I needed a notary, and two signature…read morewitnesses, to transfer a timeshare deed, and then UPS shipping services to mail the documents to the originating company. Living in a rural area, this isn't as straightforward as it might seem at first glance. I first called our local library (9 miles away), and learned that they provide FREE notary services with appointment but can't provide witness signatures. I then called our local bank (8 miles away). Notary services were not listed as an offered service on their website, and I wasn't able to get through to a live person on their phone in spite of two calls. I then found this UPS store on-line, which suggested that we would be able to get notary services, needed signature witnesses, and mail the documents. Given that the store is 21 miles (43 minutes) from home, I called to ensure that this was the case. We were informed that they could indeed perform all of these services, and were invited to make an appointment online. We were able to easily get our preferred date/time (the following morning) online. We received an immediate email confirmation, as well as a reminder the following morning. The shop was easy to find, and had sufficient parking. Being the holiday season, the shop was busy with patrons sending packages, but the line moved quickly as the shop was well-staffed. The notary served us as soon as we reached the front of the line, in spite of the fact that we were a few minutes early for our appointment. He was efficient in performing his duties and in getting the witness signatures. Our final cost was $40 -- $10 x 2 ($20) for notarizing our two signatures and $5 x 4 ($20) for two witness signatures each. I wish that it were somewhat less expensive, but this seems to be the going rate in central Virginia at businesses. We put the completed documents into our already-prepared envelope (which included prepaid mailing, and turned it over to UPS for delivery. We were given a tracking number, and we are able to see that the documents have already reached our regional distribution center. So, overall, a very good experience at this shop as we were able to complete what we needed to do at one stop -- and it was done quickly and correctly.
