We were having problems with the template & we were not happy with how the invites were coming out. Dasia not only suggested how to fix the problem but also gave brilliant assistance in Re-creating the invitations so this hormonal, first-time-mama would be satisfied with the invitations. The entire process of obtaining the invitations spanned out over 2 work days for Dasia, and she remained invested & helpful in getting the invites just perfect. We finally left with a pile of beautiful baby shower invitations at an amazing budget friendly price and I am happier than any customer could be. Dasia needs a raise and a longer break. The girls working there sound like high schoolers. My wife was asked "do you want a receipt?". I dislike stupid questions like this - without a receipt, what proof do I have of sending it??" Then the girl got a white sticker and covered up the FedEx address label we had put on the package at home. Sounds like a pretty efficient operation where the clerks care about the customer, right? We'll avoid using FedEx. UPS is a much better choice.
