She was…read moreattentive from the moment I walked through the door, provided options and opinions for my shipping needs and even went so far as to browse the store with me for what I needed. THEN, she patiently helped me process multiple shipments, and all with a smile. These days, in a post-pandemic, high-stress and understaffed working environment, I am used to employees being disinterested and flat out rude. This was not the case with Tamika and the staff at this Fedex location. I visited a UPS and FedEx location before I landed here, and at the other stores the employees were really not interested in helping me. Because of Tamika's kindness, helpfulness and overall great energy, I will be returning to this location for my weekly business needs. A smile and eagerness to help goes a long way towards not only earning loyal business, but towards making a strangers day. Tamika deserves a raise, promotion and perhaps even a role training other staff at different locations. I am so grateful to her.

Great place to get your important documents shredded. A dollar a pound unless it's over 100 pounds…read morethen it's 75 cents a pound. They also recycle your paper. We had 20 pounds worth of documents needing shredding they shredded it right in front of us! Super quick! and about 50 pounds of paper (old school notes, etc) that they recycled for us. That's not all! They also took lots of old Text books. They buy new ones from you but anything over a year or 2 they don't buy. They leave them out front and if no one takes them after a certain amount of days they recycle them. How great is that! Very nice, friendly and helpful! I called ahead of time to make sure they shredded papers and the lady on the phone was so helpful she gave me great instructions on how to get there. Will definitely go back and use there services and tell all our friends and family!

It can hold maybe 3 people in line before your out the door. It is very efficient and they get the job done. I really like a woman who works at the counter by the name of Faye . She is very friendly and a lot of the locals know her by name. Faye will take the time to explain the best and cheapest way to get a package to where its going. She also helps with sizing packages and getting the right box to mail goods in. Stirling Post Office sells the latest stamps for people who collect them or just want to put something nice on an envelope. This post office does have some private mailboxes for anyone who prefers to pickup their mail. Outside are several US standard blue mailboxes that you can just drive up and drop off your letters. I prefer this post office to larger ones and will continue to use them.

I've lived in watchung for about 7 years now. This post offices has become a huge part of my life…read more I started a small business when I was 16 and I would ship a packages everyday. I've never had a problem here and I've honestly never had to wait. Terrible! I arrived with about 8 packages as soon as they opened.. all of which I was planning on…read moresending through first class w/ shipping. I have an eBay store I sell quite a bit on so I know exactly how I want to send everything, the prices, etc. The Cashier actually had the nerve to tell me not to send so many items at once, that it's inconvenient to the customers behind me. 8 items is not a lot, especially when they are small, and only need to be weighed and stickered. Not to mention, there is nothing mentioning a Maximum Parcel Limit. She was just lazy, and didn't want the 1 person behind me to wait too long. Then I told her that I'd like to ship everything through First Class with tracking.. She gets to one package that's a touch over the limit so it needed to be changed to priority (no big deal).. but then the item after it gets changed to priority, then the next, then the next.. I stopped her because the packages were very small and yet being charged as priority. She looks at her screen and realizes that she set everything to priority instead of first class -___- Now who's making the customers wait? She had to reweigh everything and resticker them. Then she couldn't remove the mistaken charges, so she had to charge my card for everything, and refund me after. Worst experience ever. I get that this is a small post office, and perhaps the cashier isn't used to seeing more than a package or 2 come in at a time, but this was ridiculous. Also, she forgot to change one of the items back to first class.. so I was charged $7.05 for priority, instead of the $3 it would've cost to send through first class. And there's nothing I can do about it now.. -__-
