I ended up having to return an Amazon item. I wasn't sure of how to do a return. The agent helping…read moreme was not patient to at least make sure I was clicking on the correct buttons on my return to receive a QR Code. Instead she was helping two people behind me. While I had questions if I had done the return properly. But she was waiting on the other person...who initially was behind me in line. By the time she got to me...she checked real quick and told me I had to pay for a QR code. I asked why? She told me because you don't have a QR code. I explained that Amazon should have given me rhe QR CODE. She didn't offer to let me know...what I might have done....wrong. So..I was charged. If she had been more attentive to assisting one person at a time. I could have done it right with her assistance. UPS employees are not Amazon employees and don't necessarily have to explain how to do a return..however it is with integrity that they would. Maybe it would help if there were to be a sign explaining the steps...after that it be totally on the customer. However, also assisting with good skills to assist a customer one at a time. Thank you. Customer.

I'm in the area for work. So I had some mail mailed here to pick up. I also needed to get some…read moredocuments notarized. I came in at around 12:00 pm and it wasn't crowded. I was able to get everything done and get out of there pretty quick. Great customer service and very helpful. Very nice people. I recommend this place.
