I use this UPS store to ship packages out at least once a month but I normally package the items myself so the price of shipping is fair. Most of the staff I have encountered are at least attentive with one young man always being energetic and happy to serve. I know it can be hard working in the public sector but if you greet people with a smile it goes a long way. The store is clean and most of the time I come in drop the package off and leave in under a minute. I would just say if you want them to package items for you, you will be paying extra for that service. read more

I hate giving poor reviews, however I do think you should be warned. As stated several of their employees can be terribly rude but worse their treatment of my package was abysmal. They literally took a package of mine marked fragile all over the place and purposely dropped it off of their counter I. Front of me before leaving. No apologies just rudeness and further poor treatment of my package, which of course arrived damaged. This experience) was about a year ago). There is the rudest woman working there. She tries to refuse Amazon returns even when we code says no box or slip needed. Items were brought in the box then made a big spectacle about why there was a box. There were 23 items! How else could I have carried them in? She is just hateful. It's really sad because another man there was kindly helping people to their car with a big package. Hope they can figure out to weed out these bad seeds. read more

I had an Amazon return, item was odd size so I brought it in an unsealed box. There was a roll of shipping tape on the counter, so I used it to tape up my box. Then here comes the guy and asked me if I used the tape. I said yes because I thought it was sitting there for customers to use. He said no, we charge for that and the cost would be $2.00 for a strip of shipping tape. The line was long so I said fine, charge me. But later I thought hey wait isn't the Amazon deal where I don't even need a box and UPS will take care of that? I think I got ripped off for $2.00. Thanks UPS store. Too bad I'm stuck with you as the closest location. read more

I saw the 1.5 rating and thought how bad can this UPS store be? Yes, it is THAT BAD!! Terrible customer service and the help was rude. I had four boxes with prepaid shipping labels already attached. I have a broken foot and they watched me carry in 6 boxes total, 4 of which ranged from 31lbs to 40 lbs. I wanted them to weigh the boxes to ensure the correct labels were attached. That about sent the employee over the edge. All he would say is, "it will be fine", clearly wanting me to be done. I will NOT be going back. I'll drive out of my way before going back there. UPS, this is a bad representation of your company and reputation. read more

have had repeated problems at this store that I don't have at any other location. They seem like they are looking for ways or reasons they cant ship your package. And its happened more than once. Instead of just offering to add a piece of cardboard or tape they will just say they cant ship it. They have very poor customer service skills. Maybe they are bored and need some confrontation for entertainment. It seems they are more interested in being right and making you do it their way instead of trying to make sure your package gets sent and you have a good experience. Save yourself the aggravation and go to another location. read more

Avoid this location if possible. As another review noted, they seem to come up with anything they can to either not ship your package or charge you extra money unnecessarily. I had a prepaid UPS slip from the manufacturer of my item and also the original box in which the item came in. All that I needed was a piece of tape to tape the top of the box and they wanted to charge me $2 for a piece of tape. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I have never felt like I was such a burden in a business before. I tried to make it easy and was as prepared as I could be knowing I had a lot. I was embarrassed as the staff seemed so irritated with me as new people came in. I felt the need to keep apologizing and today needed to go back but instead of this location that is 5 minutes away I am looking up ANY other location. I never leave any review since I also work in customer service and people just suck sometimes but I couldn't win from the second I stepped in the door. They had already decided. They are short staffed I'm sure and I get it and have zero issue with that or waiting or if I needed to do more .. it was just how rude and irritated they were with me and really everyone just being there. The gentlemen there most of the time is the rudest I watched him be disrespectful to person after person and down right mean. every single time. Unprovoked. If any customer packed wrong just let me know I wasby hoping for just everyone to be so happy. I just didn't expect the hostility. It's one person making it so hostil.
