Have been using this store for a long time to ship insulated packages and never has there been an issue until this week when we were told we have to buy their packing and boxes to ship our package. Never did this before. Charged an additional $12 for packaging/boxing that was not needed. New owner is a total rip off. read more

The folks who run this place are the rudest people I have ever run into. They act as if they are working in a government office where they are doing YOU a favor. When I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, no one was manning the counter. I patiently waited a little while before saying "hello, is anyone here?" When someone finally came out, he looked annoyed as if I interrupting something. I was there to drop off a prepaid UPS package. All he said was to drop it on the counter, and he went to the back room where he came from. He didn't care to ask me what I was dropping off, nor offer me a receipt. When I asked for a receipt, he said they don't offer one because UPS doesn't even do pickups on Saturday. It was if I was a 2nd class customer because I didn't actually pay any cash for services rendered. Yes, they are an indepently run shop and are paying alot to franchise the UPS Store brand, but that is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE TO BE RUDE TO ACTUAL UPS CUSTOMERS. This is the 2nd time I've received this cold, and uncaring attitude. The first time it happened, shame on YOU, the store owner. Now that it's the second time, I am warning other potential customers to AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE. If you expect to be treated with respect, I advise you to NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THIS PARTICULAR UPS STORE. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this UPS store location! The staff and owners are so helpful, friendly, courteous and welcoming. They always go out of their way to help me out and to make me feel like an important and valuable customer. EnPing is exceptionally great. She has helped me multiple times and provided excellent customer care and support every time I've been there. This is a great place and I would absolutely recommend everyone to come here for all your packaging, shipping and mailing needs! read more

I came to this store last Saturday to ship a package to my relatives in NC. The store associates were very courteous and professional. Since I was in urgent need to deliver the package they helped me to expedited the process so it got onto the delivery truck (happened to be just arrived) right away. Afterwards, the package was delayed in transit, so it was dispatched a day later. When I called the store today, they investigated and refunded me the shipping cost. Yes this reflects well on UPS, but I want to credit to the store manager and associates for their understanding and support. Faith to UPS! read more

Not their fault that I arrived too late for a drop off, but the staff here is very rude. "Driver gone! You come too late!" when I asked if they would come tomorrow he said "driver no do weekends. They do Monday." Rude. Not coming here again. read more

Let me start off by saying that although this isn't the closest UPS store to me, I prefer this store because of the amazingly kind and quick service from all of the employees. However, the reason I'm giving this store 5 stars is because I went in to get some business cards created and was blown away by the level of professionalism and thought that went into designing my card. I ended up buying more than expected and I have no regrets. read more

My son moved to Colorado and asked me to ship his 7 string guitar. I had no idea how I could pack it, so I went online and saw that the UPS store has Pack and Ship services. So I went in with the guitar in its fabric bag. When it was my turn, I said, "I'd like to pack and ship this". They took the guitar, put a tag on it, gave me the price and I paid the bill and left. Days later the guitar was delivered, only in its fabric bag with an address label on it. It was damaged beyond repair. I went back to the store and they gave me the number of the damage dept. My son called and they came out to inspect the damage. They called me and said the guitar was damaged before I sent it. I said no, I checked it before I sent it and it was fine. Days later I got a notice saying the claim was denied because I didn't pack it well and that the store employees told me to pack it better but I refused. This is a dishonest place. Pack it yourself and go to the post office. I wish I had. read more

I've been doing business with the UPS store for ten years! I go to him whenever I need to ship something. If there is ever a problem, I contact him as soon as I can. Highly recommend this store! read more

My day started with going into the US Post Office in Edison, NJ to return an unopened package that was sent to my Mom. It was the wrong product and therefore, I was sending it back for her. After looking at the shipping label, The Clerk at Post Office instructed me to go to a local UPS store as she suggested it was free to ship back to sender. She then provided nearby UPS location. From the minute I walked into the UPS store, I experienced the worst customer service of my life, by the actual owner. I asked him if I can return the unopened box back to sender. He stated, "I don't know, why you ask me this when I don't see shipping label." I replied back, "The shipping label is on the side of the box, which I had removed from plastic." He then stated it was not the shipping label and don't know what I am talking about. I asked him to calm down as he was raising his voice and getting extremely anxious. He got even worse at this point. I stated that the US Postal Clerk instructed me to come here and he then said, "They are idiots there and don't know why I was told to come to him." Again, I asked him to calm down and explained that he shouldn't call anyone an idiot. I then asked him if I could read him what was on the back of the shipping label and if he could just listen to me for a minute. He then walked away to the corner of the counter. Once I was finished reading, I asked him if he can help me understand what it meant. He said, he doesn't know since he doesn't work for that company. I asked him if he can just help me to understand what I needed to do as I am no expert in shipping guidelines. Again, he started raising his voice, stating that he is not that company and I need to call them. Another customer then walked in and handed a package to the owner, who is an Asian man in his late forties. He took it and pointed it at me and stated, "This is how is it done, you see, you see?" I then exited the store and said I don't have to take this from him. He said, "Then go, just go." I asked him where the Customer Service Headquarters is and he said, San Diego. He was not only rude, but called me an a**hole and an idiot as I exited his store. read more

The UPS Store - Printing Services Near Me - Edison, New Jersey

I had to return a text book to the UPS store and I was just in the area of this one. The package has currently been siting there for 6 days (not including the holidays). When I called to ask why hasn't the package moved, I was greeted by a rude "We have no information for you". Of course you don't because I have yet to provide a tracking number! after asking if they wanted to take the number at least, the phone hung up. Seriously? At least I have proof to show it hasn't moved so I don't get charged for additional rental time on the book. Which is now almost 2 weeks overdue... read more

Don't go there. The Asian guy was not only rude. He was violent. Very scary and unprofessional. Like the other review. I was talking to him calmly. He did not even care what you gave to him. He threw those boxes to the floor. read more

I normally wouldn't review something as innocuous as a UPS Store, but the guy behind the counter was so sweet, adorable, and nice that I had to write something. He must be the owner's son or something because he looked like he was 15 years old. He didn't speak English that well (he was Asian) but he was very quick and made sure to tell me to have a good day. A+ customer service :) read more
