Printing services is AWFUL. The employees don't know how to provide an accurate quote. Mine was way lower than the price they charged AND I had to pull about 50 staples and re-collated and staple myself. They had staples 2 documents into 1. Total waste of time and money. read more

Took a package to return Christmas items. The receipt they gave me said tracking # ---------- I paid $8.58 for the items. Company I sent the package to said they never received it. ($99.99 value) Went to ups on-line tracking, put in the # and site said invalid #. Went to store and they said it was invalid #. They said it was sent USPS and go to Wen. to USPS for help with tracking. USPS said they couldn't help. Called manager UPS and she said corporate makes them put a tracking # on the receipt. She said it costs $10.00 additional to have a valid tracking #. WHAT! If I had known this, I would have sent it return receipt requested. Now I'm out $8.58 + $99.00 + time and gas for travel. Next time I'll just go to USPS. I would give ZERO stars if it would let me. They should explain their fake tracking number situation to the customers, or at least have a sign stating the situation. I've been a repeat customer at this store for years now mostly out of convenience. The first couple years were great - I even brought in baked goods and Christmas gifts one holiday season for the staff. Not sure what happened but this store has gone way down hill. Customer service is non existent. Rude and disrespectful, I saw straight up eye rolling at another customer when I was there recently. There was a clear language barrier and the UPS store representative was beyond disrespectful to the customer (this was in july 2021). Rarely are customers greeted with a "hi welcome to ups" or "hi how can I help you". When eye rolling isn't happening it's just a lack of respectful eye contact. I'm on package number three that has been damaged after shipping from this location (funny how things are never damaged when I ship from the local Pak It Rite store). Their entire computer system has been down at least 3 times in the last 5 months. Mask wearing is minimal and clearly not a concern of the stores' staff. They apparently haven't received any communication from UPS corporate about a damaged package although UPS corporate claims they've been regularly emailing this franchise to start a claim. Not sure who to believe but I was greeted with less than helpful assistance and felt like a burden when trying to resolve the situation. Big bummer that a reputable brand like UPS has a local franchise operating with subpar service. read more

I like how yelp tries to appeal to your better angels by saying take covid into consideration before you review haha. This has nothing to do with covid this place was horrible. I've been all over the states and this place was probably the worst or one of them. Place was disorganized and the staff was insanely rude. I get it it's busy but take a breath you don't have to lash out at people. Two packages in a row have failed to arrive one that was expensive and they say well, there's nothing we can do about it. I shipped my product in the 4th and they say it arrived on the 3rd of the same month. How is that even possible. But they stuck to their story and could care less. I thought maybe it was an isolated incident so stupid me uses them again and wouldn't you in ow it that package got lost. And it was to a different address so that can't be the problem. Then they wanted you to wait in a huge line just to tell you if they have boxes in the back or not. It was insane. I know they are independently owned and operated so you might be better off going in to Wenatchee to use UPS or just skip the brown and use FedEx. I've never had a problem with FedEx. Looks like I'll be going back. read more

I love this place!! They have always been super helpful! They get to know their clients that have boxes with them and treat them first class! They are fast even when they are training and new they do their best. I will be keeping my service here. read more

Terrible customer service - will hold your packages from you even once they've been delivered by shipping company. Not a secure location as some customers are allowed to wander into the back because they don't want to wait in line. read more

Not bad at all, I've generally had very good luck at this UPS store. I've been shipping packages from here for about five years now, and have never had any significant trouble. Only star down is for their hours, they run fairly typical banker's hours, generally closing at 6pm. That is frequently highly inconvenient for me, since I work until reasonably late in the day, and would greatly prefer to be able to do my posting later in the evening, even if the packages would not actually ship until the following day's pickup. I have every intention of continuing to use this UPS store for my general mailing needs for the foreseeable future. read more

Absolutely Horrible. They were going to charge us an outrageous amount to package so I asked if I could package and they told me what size of box I needed and the type of bubble wrap and they actually told me to go to Lowes to get those items. So i did and packaged the way they told me and shipped it after buying insurance. So it was broken and when I filed the claim, the UPS company told me it was the wrong box and packing material. So I called the store and said you told me to get this and why did you sell me insurance when you knew you would not pay if it was broken. To which I was told, we dont stop anyone from sending anything. This was the manager. Basically go to FedEX read more

HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!! They charged almost $40 to ship an item that would have easily shipped in a USPS medium flat rate box for $13.60. Do yourself and your customers a favor and go down to the US Post Office for your shipping needs. read more
