They are generally pretty good, but customer service sometimes isn't what it should be. Today, there was only one clerk dealing with a couple of older people who were taking forever because they weren't understanding anything that was going on. There were nine people in line and there were people in the back who could have been working the front end, but they just weren't there. I ended up walking out so I could get to the post office in time to mail a different package. I guess when you're the only game in town, you can afford to do things like that. The waiting in line for more than 10 minutes when the line isn't moving at all is a sign that something is going wrong. read more

UPS delivered an order to this store rather than my home. When I went in ti pick it up with the slip that UPS left on my door when they delivered early, the clerk couldn't find my package in the system. After ten minutes or so she turned it over to her manager, who also tried to find my package. Very poor attitude on their part - this was a $1,000.00+ item and they couldn't find it. Finally found it and acted like it wasmy fault. Run, don't walk away from this UPS Store. read more

Went in to send some masks to my friend and the cashier lady wasn't wearing her mask (it was a scarf) while ringing me up with a sign literally right in front of her that said all customers are required to wear one. She was extremely rude outside of not following the state mandate and repeatedly rolled her eyes at me. She only put her "mask" up when I told her that my package had masks in it. I'm appalled at the rudeness and apathy shown by this employee who unfortunately was also not wearing a name tag. read more

This place is fine except for the cost of getting something notarized. I went for the convenience as I had to send the papers and had a ups slip. $10 a paper is insane. Just go to your bank to get it done free. So tired of things being ridiculously priced everywhere! read more

I ship mostly everything here. I think it's the best UPS location I have ever been to, the employees are very helpful and they always are nice to me. I am a regular here at least a couple times a week and they always know/remember what I need prior to showing up! I called UPS to ask them some questions and One of the ladys or should I say unhappy person named AUNDRIA answered the phone and honestly I don't even want to call back ever again or come in to the store ! She was very rude and had a attitude and when I asked her where the other ups store was located her response was " Really" with an attitude. I have come into the ups store to send stuff before so I know everyone that works there . Paid over $100 dollar for a 97-page color copied print (double sided) AFTER the staff told me only the first page was color and it didn't matter if it was black and white or color copied. When I went to pick up the print job, it was on legal sized paper instead of letter and after 3 minutes of waiting for the staff member, they came out and said she had given up on trying to cut it and asked if the other staff member if they would like to try. As I paid for my color copies on the wrong size paper, I mentioned that it would have been nice to know about the large price jump before I had made my decision and that other customers might benefit as well (for future). The employee who had given up on cutting my papers then argued with me about whether it is their job to do so and asked if I wanted a brochure with prices for next time.
