Phenomenal customer service!!…read more I live in Seattle but often get my dry cleaning done when I come home to Yakima. They do a great job for half the price I pay on the west side. Most recently, I forgot to pick up my clothes before they closed for the holiday. I contacted the owner, Gerald, and, amazingly enough, he met me at the store on New Year's Day. The best part, though, is he was happy to help, despite the fact it was one of his rare days off. I was blown away by his customer service. He even talked Hawks and Mariners with me. He is a great guy! I can not recommend Yakima Dry Cleaners highly enough!

Worst customer service imaginable. John's Dry Cleaning shrunk my silk wedding dress two weeks…read morebefore my wedding day. Approximately 3 inches shorter in length and 2 inches narrower. The dress also puckered at all of the places where it attaches to the liner. I can only assume they simply threw it in the washing machine as no explanation was offered to me. They then refused to reimburse me for the alterations I had done totaling $32. The staff even had the gall to claim I should have brought the dress back to them to have it repaired, and then they would have considered compensating me. Absolute worst customer service experience of my entire life. Do not use John's Dry Cleaning!

They have plenty of working washers and dryers. The large commercial washers and dryers are amazing. None of the machines have signs and tape saying the machines are out of order. Which is best than most! The place is constantly wiped down by staff so there isn't any trash and lint all over the place. I've seen that before at other laundromats.
