If you're tired of the standard grocery store choices of four or five apple varieties, then this is…read morethe place for you! The front part of the store is a pretty typical gift shop/touristy place, which I'm not a fan of. However, work your way to the back for a great selection of fresh apples (at least if you're there in the fall), including many unusual ones that you won't find in the grocery store. The staff was very knowledgeable about the different apple varieties, and was happy to make recommendations and to even offer tastes.

Their service center at the north end of town Is clearly set up to serve the public. I walked in with an urgent delivery to Bogotá, Colombia, holding some small metal parts with no packaging in my hand. This wasn't my first rodeo--I had my commercial invoice with four copies already filled out for the customer in South America. The counterman knew exactly what to do. He found the cheapest method and best protective packaging for the fragile metal tubing I was shipping. I watched him wrap the parts and he did an excellent job. He scanned my ID, took my card payment, and returned a receipt with all the tracking information required to notify my customer. I was in and out of there in no time. Although I was in a hurry, I did notice racks of related products that make shipping effortless. I was there at 2 o'clock and the last pick up for air shipments is at 4 o'clock. This experience gave me a very positive attitude toward (FedEx).

According to them, my Koi uniforms were supposed to arrive 08/7... but apparently the package decided to take a vacation. They always claim 'delivered' and attach a photo of a house I've never seen in my life. At this point, it feels like part of their personality. This location seriously needs improvement: late scans, strange routes, ghost deliveries, and packages that travel more than I do. Thank you for the spiritual experience, FedEx. My time is as important as anyone else's. 2. No UPS man knocked on my door, no label saying he stopped by, no ringing my doorbell. 3. NOW, I learn from eBay the UPS man could NOT find my house. NOW UPS is holding my package. But at which location? There are three. What? He hasn't been trained to know how to use his GPS when I am 2 blocks from the Chelan county courthouse and UPS has delivered packages to me before? Now I have to wait and find out which UPS office has my package so I don't waste my time going to the other 2 UPS offices by mistake. If I could rate UPS at O I gladly would have. Use Fed-X instead of UPS. There is no excuse for such incompetence.
