What a mess of a "mail n more" place. The "CEO" Teresa came out with an attitude from hell and was bad mouthing us to another customer in close promixity of my niece after we asked for an itemized receipt of a $113 total --- understandably so, any customer would question a total that high for some copies, a scan and two certified mail letters. After I mentioned she was being overly aggressive, she insisted she was not while still behaving insanely rude. The poor staff member she had was unable to handle the tasks herself and was improperly trained so made mistakes although she was trying her best to be kind through the entire interaction. I am appalled at the customer service and even the attire of someone whom claims to be the CEO. This place is an absolute joke; unprofessional and disgusting customer service with zero etiquette. My mother has frequented this place and I have advised her on many occasions to handle her copy, print and mailing needs here. However, after the way we were treated today, we will never return and make sure we alert the community of the behavior and unprofessionalism. TIP: FEDEX, UPS and USPS will be WAY cheaper and friendlier. Mailing costs alone will be at least 33% less and you will just need to print out at staples or actual UPS store (wish I had known this sooner). read more

Dropped off 2 high value items for return to the store where purchased with a prepaid UPS shipping label. I asked for them to be scanned so there was proof, but was told they don't scan packages and only UPS scans when they pick up the packages. It's been 10 days now and UPS still doesn't have possession of the 2 packages. The manager states he reviewed their camera footage and they confirm the packages were dropped off and put in "the right place to get picked up" and it's not their problem after that. He also said he'd do more research and call me back with updates. No call back. I called again today and the assistant manager (she gave me her title, but not her name) said there's nothing they can do because once it's dropped off it's not their problem. I asked for contact information for the owner so I could discuss my concerns and she said, "I can't give you that, but I'll pass on the message, but just know there's nothing we'll do to help you." So beware, don't drop off packages here even it's convenient because they don't take any responsibility for packages that are in their business and are rude in how they handle the situation! read more

Perhaps our experiences here have been different because most of what we end up taking our returns from Amazon where everything is pretty well taken care of. The couple of times that we've needed to send things either UPS or USPS, it seems like the prices are comparable to what we pay at those stores as well. The nice thing here is that you really have to wait as long as you do with the post office. We've also got plenty of tricky stuff for sale. I've always wondered why places like this tend to sell things like pictures of the Eiffel Tower and wall art. My guess is that they probably know their clientele better than I do. So keep up the good work allowing me to drop off packages, helping me decide what the least expensive option is for sending packages, and trying to coax me into buying a picture of somewhere that I've yet to travel. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. I was charged $7.00 to mail a piece of paper and an infants headband that weighed next to nothing. I had these items in a flat rate USPS box with homemade jelly and treats for my son and his family. I was going to be charged by weight even though the sign on the window clearly stated USPS Shipping the cost is outrageous and I would not have paid the $7.00 either but the salesperson selected the envelope, labeled it and then told me how much it was. Too expensive for the convenience. I paid more to ship a package First Class USPS with tracking than what I would have paid to do an online Priority label. A normally $6.85 pkg cost me almost $15 here with all their fees and the excuse I got was it costs more because they are a small business. 1 star. read more

I took a package to them on a thursday. Payed for priority mail and tracking. The next tuesday I checked to see if My package had been delivered online. not only had it NOT been delivered yet. BUT it in fact had only been taken to the yakima post office on MONDAY. so they basically held my mail for four days before delivering it to the post office. I sent them an email asking for a partial refund, or anything really. and i Received NO response at all. I should have read the reviews first. The owner is very rude! Are used to shop or use the services once a week religiously mailing off numerous packages at a time. Never have I ever been required to wear a mask in the store. I do not wear a mask because of my underlying health conditions in the heart attack I had a few months ago. I walked in the store it was racially profiled by the owner who wouldn't allow me in the store but it would allow Caucasian elderly women in there without a mask. When I tried to call to speak to somebody on the phone and ask if there's a general manager she rudely said no shoes no shirt no service no mask no service as if I was naked! I would've not known this place existed until UPS had me pick up my package here. First, the clerk was less than happy to help customers and took forever to find packages. When he finally found mine, he verified my ID with address. and gave it to me. When I got home, I realized it was for a wrong person. I drove all the way back to get the right package. Again, he was less than happy to help me and never even apologized for the mistake. He actually managed to make it seem that I was somehow inconveniencing him. This was my first time going to this particular mail and more. Not only was the owner or supervisor extremely rude! I overheard her on two occasions on trying to tell the person she was training about doing something differently so that we would be charge more and then when I asked for a price on shipping she told the training once again that I probably would not get it anyway! I found that extremely rude and offensive. I was not offered tracking or a receipt for my packages. $2 to fax something for page I was told after the fact. On top of a $10 fee for a flat rate box! First of all, I have to say the gal that owns this place is very rude, so that must make her employees feel it's acceptable to treat customers the same way. I was in this morning to mail a couple packages. The guy ahead of me had nothing ready, but his package. He fumbled with his phone looking for the address he needed. I was waiting my turn for 7 minutes!!! As he left a gal walked in with a package that already had a paid label on it and the clerk told her she could just place it in the outgoing box. The customer said she needed a "slip". So instead of helping me, since I was next, the clerk took the package and proceeded to help that customer. I understand it probably only took the clerk a couple seconds to do whatever she needed to do for this customer, but I felt it was very rude. I feel it was because I am WHITE!!! I went to the location on Nob Hill to have a paper notorized. The individual that worked there said he was not a Notary and told me I could go to their Westside location. I then drive across town to that location. I then ask the gal if I could get my paper Notorized and she tells me that she is not a Notary and that I would have to come back the next day because the person who is their Notary was not there. Yeah, no I'll go ahead and just go somewhere entirely different. I would have to say that this place is worthless and gets an unmotivated 1 star. This place has been amazing! I will say they're not the best for shipping because there are cheaper routes but by far we have had nothing but great customer service. We live in a fifth and this is where we come pick up our mail. I'm there every day and some of the employees have remembered my face to my number and grab my packages when I come in. Today specifically I went in and the lady behind the counter was on the phone discussing some very large packages that came in and I overheard her talking on the phone. The lady on the other end didn't sound happy, due to some damage from shipping, but the lady kept calm and very polite. I had told her she handled that situation well. Made me feel good to be coming to a place where they handle there business like such. I definitely recommend to anyone that needs a place to send their mail to. Management has some of the poorest customer service I've ever experienced, will complain about having to assist her customers in a very unprofessional manner, will raise your rates if you receive "too many" packages. Management threatens to close your box "because I can" and largely based on emotional response to dealing with you in person or over the phone. (Basically if she's unhappy, you'll receive threats and likely be charged more). Charges for mailing services are basically double the amount you'd pay just by driving 2 more miles to the actual post office. Overall this business is not worth the extra few minutes of travel time they may save you in sending or receiving mail. read more

My daughter and I went here to ship gifts to my family back home in Mo. This was the 3rd time I have used them to ship gifts. The employee put my gifts on the scale (haphazardly I might add) and proceeded to measure them and weigh them. I immediately didn't care for the way she was measuring because I had a gift that would have been laying flat ( super flat...it was clothing that had just been wrapped up) and she had it standing up measuring the height from it. When we looked at the computer after she entered everything in I almost passed out! The lowest price to ship was over $120! I asked WHY?!!! She didn't know she said the items weighed over 28 pounds....28 pounds?!!!! Ummmm I don't think so...and I've sent some big boxes over the years but none of them weighed or cost this much and I've been doing this 20 plus years. The cost to have them pack the box was over $26...these were small light items. I said forget it I will pack them and go elsewhere. My daughter had a 5x7 envelope to mail and had already started the process while all this was going on...the envelope didn't even feel like anything was in it and it cost her over $4 to mail it...ridiculous! Another lady brought in a return receipt box and was charged over $1...? So I went home...packed up the gifts (exactly what I was hoping to avoid) and went to the post office in Wrays Thriftway on Nobhill and 72nd ave. She weighed it and the cost to ship it priority was....a little over $27!!!! I asked her how much it weighed....7 POUNDS!!! Okay....so what if I had paid what they were asking? I would have never known and where would all that extra money have went? I went to them last year as well and in the summer to mail some things and I'm pretty sure I got ripped off and this makes me furious! I'm saying this was no accident and how many other people were ripped off that day and every other day?! While they were trying to rip me off they were rude....the lady that was helping my daughter was extremely rude! I called them to tell them what had happened and they didn't even seem to care....not even phased by it. Someone needs to investigate this place and its employees and find out why this is happening. I tried to turn them in to the BBB but I don't get the system, so if someone else does let me know because this place needs to be turned in. They are ripping people off! Look somewhere else if you want service and to be treated like a cared for customer! We prepaid in advance for our mailbox for six months ahead of schedule as we were still current with a month remaining. Within a week we decided we no longer needed the mailbox after being a customer for seven years as we had moved to a permanent location and requested closing our mailbox and asking for a refund. We have been told we will not receive a refund for our mailbox prepayment per our contract. THEY REQUIRE PREPAYMENTS, BUT DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS FOR CANELLATIONS. Over the years we have worked with many employees here and like any business some are great and friendly while most others are downright rude and seem putout to help when we call for mail forwarding even to the point of making us call them back because they are too busy to deal with us. We have requested to speak with the owner multiple times over the years with no resolve. read more
