I had some documents that had to be printed on 8.5 x 14 sized paper and my home printer doesn't have that size. Sounds simple to stop in and use their printer right? I even called ahead to make sure it's possible. Yes, they said. Pulling up I noticed the big sign boasting that they do printing jobs. After waiting for someone to "help," I found that neither person working there knew how to use their own copy machines/printers. No kidding. On 1/6/2020 approximately 1:12 p.m. continuely calling UPS store over thirty mintues, I spoke with Percy Huff about a package that was delivered there UPS received a package at 9:58 a.m. on 1/3/2020. I went to pick it up and was told it wasn't there which come to find out on 1/6/2020 that the package was there! I phoned them again speaking with supervisor Kim so she claims to be. Its very sad if she is to say. She has a very NASTY, RUDE, ILL- MANNERED ATTITUDE. UNLADYLIKE, UNCIVIL to be working at any UPS Store and to be over anyone's information. She was yelling once I ask why was I being charged five dollars? we couldn't ask a question by her over talking us being loud nasty very offensively impolite no respect whatsoever. seriously ill-bred behavior which brings into questioning of having this type of person over our personal information and having to interact with at the UPS STORE! I'll pay the money, I only wanted to know why was I being charged. I called back speaking with Mrs. Heather who explained everything and I understood well. I, my husband, son and neighbor all heard how she (KIM) spoke to me and how RUDE she was! Your Desired Resolution: She needs better training on how to handle her angry issues because the way she spoke and her action is a serious concern for all customer well being. Excellent Customer Service...I received a call on Father's Day from Wade, the owner of my UPS Store where I have a mailbox.  He left a message informing me that I had a package come in on Father's Day.  He said that he couldn't remember which box holder that he had spoken with, me or the box number above me, that was in urgent need of their package on that day. Since both box holders had packages come in that day, he was just going to call both box holders to let us know that he'd be happy to come up to the store and let us get our packages. It wasn't me that was in urgent need of my package, but he was kind enough to let me know I was welcome to come up and get my package. Thank you, sir, for your dedication to customer service.  I'll be a long time box holder at this store. I have always had great interaction with the staff at this store, as well. I would recommend this UPS Store to all of my friends and family. read more

This store completely screwed up my amazon return. It's been 3 weeks and I still have not received a refund from amazon. They worker there put my return label on someone else's package. The manager assured me she would take care of this and pay to have it shipped back to Amazon so I could get my refund. Well, here we are and I'm having to call amazon to try to get a new return label so I can get a refund. read more

This store needs competent employees. I had to go back to get a receipt for an Amazon item that was not skin correctly 2 weeks ago. I also l left a package to be returned to Spectrum. The young girl asked me what to do and I showed her the returns information that was glued to the box. Unfortunately, UPS redelivered the package to me today instead of returning it to Spectrum. So now I have to go to another UPS store where someone with competency can send the equipment back to Spectrum. read more

They have always been great. I guess they have a new manager, I don't know, but something has changed for the worse. I won't be going back. Several employees did not wear masks, including one at the register who did not have his nose covered. They have always in the past helped me to find the most appropriate shipping. Ethos possible, but not now. When I asked about a cheaper rate with USPS, the clerk said he had to " go talk to the manager", and then came back and said they could do it but wouldn't trust it to get there. At that point, after waiting in line for 15 minutes while the clerk and a customer, neither of whom wore masks, chatted at the counter, I went ahead and shipped at an unbelievably high rate for an envelope. I will be looking for another way to ship. Never again. read more

This is lamest store I think I have ever been to. They have huge decals of red footprints to designate where a customer is supposed to stand until waited on. One clerk, who waited on me told me to, "step forward and place my box on the scale" while she stepped way-back so as to not get any closer than 6 feet. Mind you, she had no gloves on or mask on while helping me. Once I backed up onto the red footprints again, she proceeded in completely handle my box and it's contents without ANY PROTECTION! I could have sneezed all over the box and handled it with my mucus laden hands prior to entering the business. Don't get me wrong, I am all for being safe. But mindless actions like what this store is doing is raising everyone's BP and doing absolutely nothing to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I have alwasy had phenomenal customer service from the employees at this location. They are always patient with me when I have questions about the best way to ship my items. I also like the fact that I can use this location for it's Notery services. It is a well run, convienient location, and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I have seen many things happening in this store. The employees do an awesome job. Though they do talk about personal information at least they aren't acting as if the customer is an inconvenience. There are several complaints about what has happened various times, yet any other times that same customer has come in they are treated with respect and caring, and that goes unnoticed. When the customer comes in the situation is assessed, the employees do their best to help the customer any way necessary. Some observations could be misunderstood but they are attempting to be a service to help the customer. The employees go above trying to help if possible when not assisting another customer. If the customer is having a bad day, they expect all to do what they want right away. When things do not go their way these yelp reviews are done, stating that they were treated with disrespect. The customer tends to forget that the employees are humans too, not machines. While this pandemic has gone up and down, with many curves those employees are still working. I understand that two have major health issues and are susceptible. They get comments about being b*itchy but from what I see they are following CDC guidelines. If that is not an indication of customer service at a high level, then what is. They are enforcing the law, and doing their best to keep all safe. I am extremely happy with this store and employees. I appreciate everything they do for me and the other customers that I have seen. I will keep using this store. Other businesses could do to look how they do that. NOT that I am stating they are 'perfect' but that they have flaws also. read more
