Just like so many other complaints on here, Driver was too lazy to come down our road and deliver package. Have been home waiting on package that requires signature to only have tracking updated to say "delivery attempted. No one home or business closed". Just like pretty much everyone else in America, we have outdoor cameras and to no one's surprise, NO FedEx truck was seen. No "missed you" note left. NO delivery attempted was made. Called customer service to be told, I can do their job for them and pick up my own package (20 miles away) the following day because they don't reroute (or should I saw make their employees work/do their jobs). I can't trust these scumbags to actually deliver my package, so I guess I will do their job and go pick up my package! read more

My product was just driven around for days and then they said it was on the truck for delivery but they didn't deliver it. I finally received it over a week late and it's damaged. It's scratched up, has 2 dents and the lid will not close properly. I will go out of my way not to buy from anyone that ships FedEx. read more

Lousy communication. Driver reports delivery attempt Friday a.m. (signature required). No one in my household hears them. They report "no answer"; will try again Monday. So Saturday morning, I drive an hour into Dothan to try to get it. Now they tell me it's out for delivery. Had they just said "will try again Saturday" instead of (incorrectly) "Monday," I would not have wasted all that time, and I would have my package already. FedEx's broken communication system is costing us all a lot of needless time and money. read more

Driver did not deliver package and had to drive 45 mins away to get it. Cannot find a local number and the call center people are useless

Drivers are LAZY and INCOMPETENT! Was supposed to receive my package Saturday but got a text that they couldn't deliver because of weather. I guess they don't like sunny days. I called just to have them tell me that my package would be delivered on Tuesday. Jokes on me, here it is Wednesday and I still don't have my package. I did receive a text though saying that it was delivered. After checking with ALL of my neighbors I can confirm that my package was NOT delivered to anyone within 1/2 mile of me. Called in to Fed Ex again just to be told that someone will call me. If I could I would make sure never to receive packages through Fed Ex. read more

For Dothan customers going to the Woodburn store, they do NOT open at 8:30, so if you expect to get to work on time plan ahead because they will open actually at 8:40-8:45. Most of the time they provide good service but I have been disappointed several times because I've ordered 2 day international shipping and it's taken 4-5 days every time. Unfortunately, the company I buy from only offers 2 day shipping. read more

They are fast. They have done away with the paper forms you fill out, so I recommend coming in with your information on paper otherwise you have to tell them everything and spell it too. I keep an old form with me at all times to save time. read more

I got to FedEx about 5 minutes to closing on a Tuesday night. Not only did the lady at the counter stay open to help me out, she gave me some really good advise about my shipping situation that actually saved me money. She was so considerate and helpful that I opened a yelp account just so I can write a review on how nice it was to have such great service and the additional help that I needed. read more

They need to state on website when tracking that they don't deliver on Mondays. I waited from 8am to 7pm at home and finally a woman told me on the phone they aren't open on Mondays. Would have been appreciated since I rescheduled everything on Monday. #iss poor. read more
