So i was banking on Fedex being cheaper... which it was by far. The staff got me set up instantly, took a good foto (thankfully), and had them printed within 4 minutes. Nicely done. The store front is on Woodward just barely north of Mack/MLK, but there is some free parking around the back.

The staff member on duty was very standoffish and even accused me of faking my online payment receipt, which is wild. They also no longer allow cash payments in Canadian currency, only U.S. cash or pre-payment online, which is inconvenient if you stop by on weekends without U.S. cash on hand. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I'll be looking for a different parcel service going forward.

The manager (and owner I think) was thorough and helped me complete necessary paperwork before he carefully wrapped my goods with bubble wrap and put it in the shipping box. The international shipping prices are not cheap. However, the gentleman who took care of my order gave me a generous discount which I really appreciated. The building is clean, organized and it seems relatively new. There are desk top computers with printer access available for rent.
