I love this UPS store and its employees. Very clean and modern. Quick service. I like doing printing here as well.

How convenient Ups is like a little city with all the help you can get. I love coming here not so much to send packages but to get all My emails printed, fax items and scan copies. What I like is the that all the staff is so nice and extent friendly and helpful. I really let them do all my paper work and when I need to send something like return a phone they pack it for me. Not a great place to work. Do your research. They are currently hiring a graphic designer for $17-19/hour. They want the candidate to have a Bachelors degree and 2 years minimum experience. Average pay for a graphic designer with a bachelors degree is $25-$35/hour in the United States. Enough said. read more

I only needed one notary signature and needed to get to work. Arrived upon opening. Waited for the 4 people before me, about 10 to 15 minutes. My turn. I said I needed my signature notarized. Owner asked me to step to the side, that the other employee did not show up, and he took care of the 3 people behind me. I couldn't believe it. After another 10 minutes waiting the owner stamped and signed my document. It took less than 5 seconds. I was dissatisfied and will not return. read more

I use this store on a regular basis for a wide variety of purposes. The staff is always friendly and familiar with all services that are offered. I have been assisted many times my Cal and Dylan who are two of my favorite employees and have gone above and beyond to assist me with a few challenging situations including international shipping which can be difficult. I walk in and no workers (out of 5) ask if I need help so I hop on the computer to go print what I need. Took me a good 5 minutes to figure out how to print off the pc when a lady worker comes up to me and says I will be charged every minute for my use? That is absolutely the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. Why place a computer and printer in front of the store just to charge people a ridiculous fee, And nowhere in the store did it indicate $1/min. Luckily another worker checked me out so I would not have to pay the ridiculous fee. read more

This place sucks. Went into a "UPS" store to ship a package. Shipping some stuff to a friend. Ask the guy for the most affordable ground service. Says for my package it will be $34.50 (Wow, it was 14"x14"x9" box weighing less than 5 lbs.) and he said delivery would be no later than Saturday. Sent my friend the tracking info and says it's not UPS, but rather USPS. And now it's not going to be there until Monday... maybe! I could have sent it for less directly through the post office. Same friend sent me a larger package via UPS just 3 weeks ago in a larger box and 3 times the weight and I got it in 3 business days and he paid $23.20. These guys SUCK! A bunch of freaking crooks. Go to the UPS office in south Dekalb or the post office if you want to ship. Over priced middle men. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! read more

Showed up at 6:30 pm they close at 6:30 pm but if there was true customer service they'd see me and not shut off the light but actually say c'mon in. I traveled from the other side of DeKalb. A little compassion would have gone a long way and motivated me to take the initiative to write to corporate to say that the employees went above and beyond. I'm not going to spend more than 5 minutes there. I'm not ordering food to wine and dine but to drop a package off, but no y'all got some lazy workers. read more

I went to pick up a package in my Wife's name. (Same Last Name and Address). I was told I couldn't pick up the package "due to recent events". The information email clearly said i just needed the tracking number and an ID which I provided. The person made up the policy so he didn't have to give me the package. Terrible business here. read more

I called and was told that a package will cost $4.00. When I got there the price changed to $16.00, I told them what the guy said, the didn't care the price is $16.00. What kind of company is this. I would not recommend company to anyone. They quote you one price and charge another. read more
