If you arrive to pick up a package for someone else, they decide here at this store they make the rules and will not follow the UPS instructions. It is quite simple to follow the provided rules from the shipping companies, but clearly that is a struggle here. Would avoid getting a package held here if there is even a slight chance someone else may have to retrieve it. Not to mention when the person you're getting the package calls for the owner is incredibly rude on top of his incompetence.

Kyle made activation and transfer of data painless! He went above and beyond. Answered all our questions and then some. The customer service .... OUTSTANDING. They were busy since the minute they opened. Phone rang, he apologized and asked if he could take the call. Absolutely...multi tasking, hell yes.
