I believe they have slightly higher pricing compared to going to the UPS shipping facility in Hammond but, this location is further away and not as convenient. They have shipping supplies here for purchase. Also, they offer boxing up your items for shipping at a cost. Ample parking is available and traffic light near strip mall entrance makes it easy to get to and leave.

While attempting to send a 22x22x22 baby shower gift to San Antonio, I was first quoted over $130 at UPS. I took my box home and re wrapped the gift in a 18x18x22 box. Brought the box back to UPS only to be quoted over $80 this time. Both times the workers just starred at me and offered no other suggestions. Just that it's the size of the box and where it's going, nothing they could do. Fast forward to meeting my lucky star Naomi. After receiving the same over $80 quote, she asked about the contents of my box. She then proceeded to measure my contents and offered a whole new suggestion and box size. Naomi going the extra mile and beyond, allowed me to cut my shipping cost to half. Just by knowing the contents and that it could fit in a 10x10x20. I used this service for 2yrs and the last 4M was a nightmare. There is only 1 employee who is aware…read moreof what is going on, the others didn't know how to answer any questions and when I would leave messages for the competent employee, I never got called back. My mail was basically held hostage even though I had paid for the service. I had to reach out to corporate to complain and they refused to communicate with them either. I had clients who had sent me checks and they refused to forward them to me. I had to reach out the clients and ask them to reissue them (how unprofessional is that?)
