She was the perfect example of an "older and better" employee. There is no way a "kid" could've handled, with the same finesse that she did, all of the customers (10 in line). Her good nature and communication to all of us waiting in line was responsible for not one person turning around and walking out, especially on a Friday at 5 PM after a long work week.
