After extensive research along with a few phone calls, I found The Ship Station on John W Morrow Jr Pkwy to have the MOST reasonable prices for monthly rentals. You can't "rent by month" but in 3 month or longer increments. I called and was taken care of like a pro. Yvonne and her husband are beyond friendly, they make you feel like family. Yvonne reminded me of another awesome female business owner... Me. She was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Once we came in (a few weeks later) she immediately welcomed us and was just as beautiful as I imagined. Her personality shines, and so does her attention to detail. The facility was FAR more than expected. I mean... if I had unlimited money to spend on "wants" I would buy so much stuff for myself or friends/family. I would probably spend way too much there and not regret it. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, but Yvonne is a dream. I love coming in for my weekly city visit to pick up my mail and chat it up with Yvonne. TRIGGER ALERT: Not only can you rent a U-Haul trailer, but you can pick up a Christian shirt or a Trump cup. For those who hate 45, you won't notice those things as the store is filled with something for everyone. I'm very MAGA and I appreciate seeing my Cheeto man on items I can purchase for gifts. So yeah - go ahead and get mad, I miss my low gas prices, rent, and food prices as well as a president who can read a teleprompter or walk up stairs. "more than half the women in my administration are women" - Biden *Shrug The Ship Station also has (I can't remember the name) cool interchangeable jewelry buttons. Hard to describe but I took a picture. I want them all like Pokemon. I'll have to extend my mailbox rental due to... I didn't know my new place in the mountains has no mail delivery. Real talk, I don't mind being a long term customer and driving 45 minutes to get my mail from The Ship Station. I have a key and can grab my mail after hours, but I'd rather come in and be an in person patron of a pleasant smile, warm conversation, and good memories evoking positive store ambiance scents with my mail. I highly recommend The Ship Station on John W Morrow Jr Pkwy! 5 stars ALL THE WAY! REASONS TO VISIT: 1. Great prices 2. Amazing service 3. Ample parking 4. After hours mail pick up 5. Street name mailbox / not a P.O. box 6. Gifts galore 7. Shirt printing 8. U-Haul trailer rental 9. I know I'm missing something because they really do it all here

I dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon and asked how soon it could be ready. The lady working the counter was very friendly and said that while they usually ask for two days, she would try to have it done by the end of the next day and to give them a call then before coming in. So, I called back that Wednesday afternoon and it was ready. They did a great job with it and I appreciated how they were so accommodating in getting it cleaned so quickly.

However, there is no system in place to verify what items you bring in. (ie. They don't count the laundry with you or do a checklist you sign off on, or anything to make sure that what you drop off, you get back). First load I reported I was missing a sock, second load a dish towel and last load (yes, I know. But I really just felt like it was a huge coincidence) I left my own hand written inventory with them, which I could see that they referred to. So, today at pickup when I counted and found the pants short one pair (6 recorded but 5 in the bag) I called the main line again to report (which appears to be the manager and/or owner personal line) and was told that my inventory was wrong but they didn't tell me at any point because they "didn't think it would matter." I was told that they've never had to do a customer inventory before and no other customers seem to have this problem, I can come look through the small items they have that sometimes get stuck on the insides of the washer/dryers and see if my sock and dish towel are in there. ( So... things do go missing? I thought it was just me). When I tried suggesting to the manager that they do an inventory of some kind so there would be zero misunderstanding, I was told that the system of checks and measures they use (which is not mixing customer items) have been great, until now (me). I got the same flippant attitude when I called about the sock, and I felt so stupid when I hung up for even calling about a two dollar sock. Today when I called about the inventory discrepancy, it was clear that the manager was irritated and thought I was the problem. I've never threatened or complained. I've been kind, and have been trying to be helpful bc I really wanted to use this service. But no convenience is worth being condescended and gaslit over. Or, oh yah, having your stuff magically disappear.

I've had problems with each of my 3 parties I've had over the past three years, but this was by far the worst home party experience ever.
