The attendant at this laundromat couldn't have been more helpful. She was available for anything anyone needed.

Nice facility. We had to use this business while on vacation and it was very nice. A lot nicer than many we've been in.

The bathrooms are clean and always stocked. (and the one time they were not I let the staff know and she was RIGHT on it and thanked me rather than acting like it was an inconvenience) Plenty of carts (small and large) tables, stools at tables, seats. Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!! (Also a toys of tots drop off location)

I hadn't been to one since I was a kid plus It was already dark out so I really was just hoping to find some place that didn't seem sketchy, I was immediately at ease with how lit everything was and how clean it felt. I was a little rusty on how everything worked but in there was Ms. Kim, she was the most kind hearted genuine person! She helped me, chatted, and just made the entire experience! She is amazing and I'll be coming back if this ever happens again.

On my way home around 9:30 p.m. they were still open. How can the non American owned laundromat just down the street close on such an important holiday but SUDS can't let their employees be with their families? I know the owners weren't staffing the place. I am a weekly patron and pay an average of 25.00 per week to do my laundry there while my husband and I finish building our new home. Kim is awesome and the main reason I go there. I think I will go to the other laundromat simply because this one is apparently open on Christmas also. This tells me the owners are greedy and do not care about work life balance for their employees. Thank you Kim for everything. Keep smiling and God bless.

I've probably been inside a laundrymat three times my entire life. In town for business and trip…read moreextended so I needed to wash some clothes. Arrived around 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Parking lot was pretty full. Single packs of detergent (Tide) are $1. They had several brands available. Even another vending machine where you can buy a small bottle of liquid ($7) for multiple loads, and softeners, etc.) Washers cost $3 (large single), $4 (double), $5 (triple), $6 (giant) and $9 (mammoth). Dryers are $1.50 for a single, (I had 15 items, all lightweight) used medium heat, and they came out perfect). Also commercial dryers for $3 (drying bedding). Probably a dozen TV's. But only two were on and had no sound on those. But it was pleasant not having noise. Plenty of tables for room to fold, enough places to sit. Not a ton of kids and the ones there weren't acting like fools. Lots of couples. Nobody gave me the jeebies. Attendant was on premises. Usually pushing a broom around. Seemed to be aware and looking out for shenanigans. There are a couple picnic tables outside to sit at, but no shade. If you happen to bring your dog, there's a large field to let them use, but only on a leash as there's a major road next to it. Weather was sunny and highs around 75. Temperature inside was on the warm side of comfortable. Probably not an easy thing to maintain with 60 dryers going. If my trip gets extended again I'll return.

I had a special occasion pop-up unexpectedly and needed my suit cleaned within a few days. A…read moreco-worker recommended West Cleaners and said that they should be able to get it done quickly. I dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon and asked how soon it could be ready. The lady working the counter was very friendly and said that while they usually ask for two days, she would try to have it done by the end of the next day and to give them a call then before coming in. So, I called back that Wednesday afternoon and it was ready. They did a great job with it and I appreciated how they were so accommodating in getting it cleaned so quickly.

I've used the wash and fold service 3 (4?) times and I love the quality and the fast turn around,…read moreand the low price with no minimums. However, there is no system in place to verify what items you bring in. (ie. They don't count the laundry with you or do a checklist you sign off on, or anything to make sure that what you drop off, you get back). First load I reported I was missing a sock, second load a dish towel and last load (yes, I know. But I really just felt like it was a huge coincidence) I left my own hand written inventory with them, which I could see that they referred to. So, today at pickup when I counted and found the pants short one pair (6 recorded but 5 in the bag) I called the main line again to report (which appears to be the manager and/or owner personal line) and was told that my inventory was wrong but they didn't tell me at any point because they "didn't think it would matter." I was told that they've never had to do a customer inventory before and no other customers seem to have this problem, I can come look through the small items they have that sometimes get stuck on the insides of the washer/dryers and see if my sock and dish towel are in there. ( So... things do go missing? I thought it was just me). When I tried suggesting to the manager that they do an inventory of some kind so there would be zero misunderstanding, I was told that the system of checks and measures they use (which is not mixing customer items) have been great, until now (me). I got the same flippant attitude when I called about the sock, and I felt so stupid when I hung up for even calling about a two dollar sock. Today when I called about the inventory discrepancy, it was clear that the manager was irritated and thought I was the problem. I've never threatened or complained. I've been kind, and have been trying to be helpful bc I really wanted to use this service. But no convenience is worth being condescended and gaslit over. Or, oh yah, having your stuff magically disappear.
