This was my first experience using a laundromat in decades, lol. While the facilities were clean enough, the machines were a little grimy with detergent residue where it is added because of the style of machines. (I still use a traditional top loading machine.). Because it's been a long time, as I said, I had no idea what to expect as far as cost. It was definitely expensive--but again, I used quarters last time, and it would take a lot to dry your towels. I used a debit card, which was a nice convenience. All in all, I would use this business again if I had the need, and would be better prepared as to what to expect.

The bathrooms are clean and always stocked. (and the one time they were not I let the staff know and she was RIGHT on it and thanked me rather than acting like it was an inconvenience) Plenty of carts (small and large) tables, stools at tables, seats. Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!! My 4-Star Review for WaveMax Laundry I have been coming to…read morethis WaveMax Laundry location off Cobb Parkway near the Big Chicken almost every week on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at midday for months now. While the facility is clean and the staff is wonderful, I am giving this a 4-star review instead of a 5-star because of a frustrating issue with the dryer timers. Whenever you open a dryer door to pull a few items out early, the timer keeps ticking down. You end up losing precious minutes that you paid for while the machine is paused. I have mentioned this before, and I really hope the owner can find a way to remedy this so the timer pauses when the door is opened. Aside from that issue, the facility itself is great. It is about two years old, filled with excellent new machines, and kept incredibly clean. I also appreciate that when the owner adjusted the dryers to 10 cents a quarter, he lowered the washing machine prices from $5.75 down to $5.00. Another big plus is the late hours, with the last wash at 8:00 PM and closing at 10:00PM The absolute best part of this laundromat is the staff. There are three ladies who work here, including Elena, who opens in the morning. They are the heartbeat of this business and work incredibly hard. Recently, the owner seems to have secured a new hotel contract because flatbeds and trucks have been arriving loaded down with massive trailers of dirty laundry. Even though their workload has easily tripled, these three women don't skip a beat. They keep the place spotless--constantly wiping down the machines inside and out, cleaning the dryers, and keeping the floors immaculate--all while being warm and friendly to everyday customers. Because the laundromat is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, these ladies are putting in long, demanding days, with Elena often working past her shift to handle the commercial laundry. I truly hope the owner recognizes their dedication under this heavy new workload and rewards them with a well-deserved raise. They treat this business like it is their own and deserve to be financially appreciated!

While I don't mind doing it myself, I was just not in the mood. I found Express In & Out Laundromat on the web and decided to give them a shot. The young lady that I met when dropping off my bag was very nice and professional and the cost was very reasonable. I received a text message a few hours later and went back to pick up my clothes. Laundry was neatly folded in a bag and waiting for me. Smelled nice and fresh when I got back to the hotel and was very pleased. I would definitely use their services again if needed. With snow predicted this weekend, I might wind up back there again. Thanks for the great service!!

Exposed electrical, painted over cracks, bugs visible under the dryers..etc. They have WiFi but you may get a bug from it. One toilet for everyone to use. Overall it'll work in a pinch. But expect to drop $10 on one load of laundry to wash and dry.
