They don't answer your phone calls and they have no customer service. So, you can't take a package there to have it shipped.

We're always happy with the UPS store. The folks here are always very helpful and give us plenty of options to get stuff where it needs to go. There's rarely a huge line and if there is, somone comes off break to help out - weird concept I know. Great place to send stuff when it needs to get there in good time or not by the USPS. read more

The girl behind the desk was face-timing on her phone and complaining how busy they were and continued to face-time while attempting to process my 2 boxes. After leaving I realized I only got a tracking number for one of the boxes. I will never go there again! read more

They are running very limited hours due to staffing and have a sign posted on their door saying their new hours are 11am-7pm. I've stopped by twice recently and they aren't even holding these hours. read more

Trey was great. Super attentive customer service,juggles several transactions while making everyone feel they were his only customer. Got me a nifty box for my cell phone return for $5. I had a package that said it was delivered to a person at my door. This is impossible because I have class at the time of confirmation. I filled out a service request and after not hearing a work for a week, I tied reaching out. I called multiple times for the next four days and not one time did anyone pick up or call back. I called usps costumer service and they helped me file another request. It has been 3 days since then and I still have not heard a word. That is over a $50 package that went missing. No communication from this location. Nothing. Two weeks have gone by and that was a package of contact lenses that are needed. DO NOT recommend this location. I understand things happen, but the communication is horrible. Still waiting to resolve the issue!!!! read more

Good customer service and offers a variety of services. We usually go to the UPS distribution center, but is closed on weekends. The UPS Store is an excellent alternative, especially if you need other things i.e. envelopes, boxes, copying,etc. read more

I drive from Mt Pleasant to this facility. They make package mailing easy. Usually fast service and friendly staff.

Over the last few years I've shipped and received maybe 12 or 15 musical instruments and amplifiers through this store. The things I've shipped out, I've packed myself (though they've always been helpful if I needed some extra bubble wrap or tape), so I can't comment on their packing services. Since I am rarely home when a delivery truck comes, I often have packages sent to the store (especially delicate ones) so that I can pick them up at my convenience (and so that they don't get loaded and unloaded more than necessary; note: they will accept packages from any carrier and hold them for you for a nominal fee -- usually $5 when I pick it up). I've never had them break, lose, or mishandle anything for me (unlike the local FedEx, which has on more than one occasion). The employees I've dealt with have ranged from merely competent to exemplary -- some better than others, but I've never felt disrespected and never felt that the person behind the counter didn't know what they were doing (and there is one young man who works there and is a star). I've come shortly before closing a couple of times and the store was always open when posted. That's not to say that the folks posting negative reviews didn't have negative experiences -- my experience doesn't invalidate theirs -- but my luck with this place has been pretty good. read more

I came to this store at 8:03am on a Friday. The hours posted say 8am-7pm. I knocked on the window, called the phone number, and finally gave up at 8:20am because I had to get to work. This disregard for your customers' time is extremely disrespect. I won't be back. read more

It wouldn't let me give zero stars! I am absolutely horrified to open these boxes, my new lamp is in pieces, the shades for 3 of them are bent and unusable. I paid over $150 to have these "professionally packed and shipped" by the UPS store and feel duped because not only am I out the $, I'm out the lamps that I loved. This place is a scam. Sent a big envelope n cost me $6.44. I ask the guy why it was expensive n he told me it is UPS and will arrive the day after tomorrow, so I got why it was more expensive than USPS. 3 days later, I asked my friend if she received the mail and she said no. Went here to ship a package; store doesn't follow UPS protocols and advertised services on the website, because according to employees, "the owner is a franchisee and can do what he wants." UMMM actually, being a franchisee means you have to follow the franchiser rules/advertised services. Went to the UPS customer care on James St (nearby) and they were substantially better (and provided the advertised services- didn't even mention the issues with the other store, just asked for the advertised services and they efficiently provided it)! UPS should really shut this franchise store down. Leave it to the wonderful James St location. The only plus at this shop was the employees were friendly enough. read more

Unfortunately, this store does not listen to what you're asking for, and will rely on their receipt for their delivery dates-regardless of what your request was. Very dissatisfying as a customer who ships frequently from various outlets. They tell you that it's your responsibility to check your paperwork for delivery dates. I would ship from another location that has more integrity. The staff who work there are helpful and friendly, but the owner of the franchise is not and should stay out of the store. read more
