He suggested I should have brought it in sooner, but with his experience with all kinds of liquid spills he was confident he could still help. After bringing it in, he opened up the computer and cleaned away any dried juice with an alcohol cleanser, which solved 99% of my problems. For the last 1% he noticed a broken piece of plastic in my computer that was the cause of my other usb port not working for years! He had my computer back in working shape in a matter of a 2 days and I am very happy with the results! When discussing the price, they were more than reasonable.
