I used the big one & it says add $1.10 for another 10mins. I was on 30mins of my drying time & it only added 8mins. That's NOT OK. I really just might not come back. I happened to drive by the house late in the afternoon on October 18th & saw a large box that was left in the middle of the driveway, right in the middle of the construction area. Upon examining the box, I found the box to be torn up and damaged. I pulled the cardboard back away from to vanity & saw that there was a large hole punched through the cabinet and scratches all over it. The bill of lading was left on top of the box held down by a piece of wood from the construction site. I called Central Transport on Monday, October 21st as they are not open on weekends. I was told that they had a "call off" on Friday the 18th, that the driver should have called me prior to delivery as it was earlier than scheduled, and that the driver was inexperienced and would be sent for more training. I told them that they need to come and pick up the vanity as it is in the way of my house construction. They told me that they don't do that since the item was "accepted" at the delivery site. I explained to them that it was not accepted but rather just left at my address while no one is living there. I got absolutely NO HELP in solving this issue. All they did was tell me how sorry that they were. Now it's up to me to get this thing returned. Do not use this company. They are pure trash. All they do is try to blame others for their incompetence. I wish I could have given zero stars...... zero integrity, zero professionalism, zero accountability, zero customer service!

Received it in 4 hours for less money and printed out 200 pictures in an hour with my own editing and I didn't charge myself extra and I gave myself excellent customer service!

I was impressed by how easy the form was to fill out online (to let him know exactly what we were looking for). He was willing to meet me at Starbucks to pickup the order and then the second time around, he surprised us and delivered the obituaries straight to our door. This is a great business and I would rather order from a small business that leads with compassion and care than a large company any day.
