Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. The box was oversized and the packing job was amateur. Unfortunately, they have no quality assurance for someone to check the work of the individuals who pack your items. It appears they do not have special training for what they are doing. I paid extra for insurance on this item and that turns out to be a joke. I regret that I did not use UPS and add this information to warn others.
