They do have post office boxes for rent as well. As I said, I've always had a good experience here. Everyone who's helped me out has always been super helpful. The line always moves quickly in my experience. Never had any issues there. The parking lot isn't ideal because it is shared with both staples, Safeway, as well as all the other businesses in this little strip mall. But again, the service that you get at the postal annex itself I think is great. So definitely worth checking out. They also offer notary services.

We ordered some larger things, though not heavy, on Amazon for my son's 2nd Birthday and they were due to arrive today. We got an email stating that they couldn't be delivered because "the mail box was full". The items we ordered wouldn't ever fit in any mail box, full or not. This was just pure laziness and the worker didn't want to get up off their government-paid butt to deliver my package. This is not the first time this has happened! Upon the second delivery attempt, I got another lame excuse and was told I had to go pick up my package from the Colville office.
