Like it said on my Amazon account, so that's pure laziness right there that you can't even leave a slip of paper in the mailbox. I found that the it had been "attempted" to be delivered two days ago and again yesterday, but that they couldn't deliver it because there was "no authorized recipient". To me, that would indicate that they knocked on the door and no one was home or perhaps someone wasn't home but they wouldn't accept their signature. The only problem is that we have a Ring doorbell and I checked the times that they claim to have attempted delivery and to my great surprise (sarcasm) there was no history of anyone trying to deliver anything to my door. Which means that the postal worker got to my house, saw a package that needed a signature, and just decided to leave a little note for me in the mailbox rather than get out of their car and knock on the door. This is unacceptable and stinks of laziness and deceit! The note makes it appear that they attempted to deliver it and just couldn't, but that couldn't be further from the truth, which is that they didn't want to get out of their vehicle. -10 stars! Terrible service and outright deceitful practices!

I went in to FedEx overnight a 3.6 lb box. It's the same size I've been sending at other locations…read moremultiple times this year. The most I've ever paid was $210 for Saturday delivery. Upscale mail quoted me $340 to arrive by 4:30, $360 to arrive by noon. I was shocked and questioned it, but was told all costs everywhere had gone up. There also isn't a way to put in my FedEx account number anymore, it's all under their own. I paid the ungodly amount and later looked up the cost on the FedEx site using the same info from my receipt and the cost was $206 to arrive by 8 am, $155 to arrive later. I called back to ask them to double check the rate and was told it was correct. I asked why in the world the markup was double and was told that only the owner has access to what the rates are so he couldn't answer. He was not rude in any way, so I do not fault the employee, but the store itself is an absolute rip off. I send these packages multiple times each year and usually drive to the valley. I decided to drive to this place which was slightly closer and it's a small business, so thought I'd support them. I'm fine with a markup and making a profit but this was an absolute rip off and I told them I'd never come back. If you don't mind shelling out a ridiculous amount of money for something you can go elsewhere for less, cool. This is your place. However I will never set foot in there again.

Unfortunately, the person that shipped my package neglected to put my last name on the package so it's now being held at the border. I've been unable to reach anyone at Purolator or the Nelson Box Office since they are closed on the weekends. I'm extremely disappointed. Filling out the senders name seems pretty basic & spending $100 on shipping for a small business like mine is A LOT to spend for a package that will now be sitting at the border over the weekend. My client will not receive the rings for their ceremony in time which reflects very poorly on me. I'm sure it was a simple mistake but this mistake was very costly for me & has pretty severe consequences for my client. Extremely disappointed to say the least.
