I've only been to the Bellevue and Redmond Post Offices here, and I was very very disappointed with the Redmond Post Office. The location itself isn't TOO bad, but it is a little out of the way. There's ample parking places, but quite a few spots are occupied when you show up. The customer service are itself has been crazy both times I've visited. I have visited at noon and at 2 p.m. and both times there was only one employee and a line of people almost going out the door. Once you get through the 20 minute line, the employees aren't particularly friendly. The people I've interacted with came off as rude and a little condescending. After two consecutive negative experiences, I don't plan on returning to this location unless I absolutely have to.

However the officer Robert K. Lee insist the kid has to be with us without even looking at the website. He is the law. It has been very inconsistent, some weeks I'll get my mail and some, I won't. They claim to have a pile of mail for me including Netflix movies that they are now charging me for. I hope they figure out how to do their jobs soon.

She was working alone, but she was super efficient, yet also personable and friendly. This site isn't like the sterile Redmond site; it is in an older building and is warmer, with character. (Note: I don't quite get the poor reviews of this site due to USPS rate increases, or delayed receipt of packages. Those types of issues are not due to anything this site is or is not doing, but rather are symptoms of an aging postal system that needs re-vamping. This site doesn't set prices for stamps or shipment services. It seems wrong to review this site - or any specific PO site- for these issues, as they are not in the site's control).

I know I know...drive another 22 miles after hitting a deer? Yeah, well it was my first accident since I started driving and I knew that I wouldn't be able to get roadside assistance so I wanted to get to a somewhat big city. I had been to the nearby Coulee Dam and Grand Coulee, which aren't big, but I could at least stay the night there. Anyway, about the post office, it's really small but generally cute for this small town. There is no APC, just old brick and mortar postal customer service and 24 hour post office access. One more post office to cross off my list. I'll never forget it.

I got the (1) one small box and left. I then returned an hour later after researching a shipment I was told that was delivered 3 days prior. I confirmed the info with the sender. When I explained to the agent I had to make another trip, she went in the back and returned later with another small box. When I asked why I haven't been given it my first trip, making a special trip back, she abruptly told me , she had no idea...? maybe didn't see it. This is actually for the Usk post office. Cusick and Usk are so close together that yelp defaults…read morethe address to Cusick. This post office is not hard to find. If you take River Rd from Cusick going southeast you'll see this little yellow and brown office situated on river next to the Pend Oreille River just before you cross further in to the Kalispel reservation. This office is another one of those post offices that services a super small community. Usk is actually unincorporated and only has about 800 people in it. Anyway, as with most other smaller offices, the people are usually pretty nice. The people that work here are VERY nice. Maybe it's because they get a cool view of the river directly outside. If you're in to using self checkouts or self service kiosks, there is no automated postal center and if you're really needing one you have to drive to Spokane Valley almost 60 miles away. There is plenty of parking and the office is reasonably clean.
