Bob and Corey came out and Corey was very patient with me while I learned how to clean the stove. However, when we got up this morning, the stove would not work at all. After waiting until 10:00 AM to call them, I was told there is no one to come out until Monday. We have never had such poor customer service in an area before moving up here. The people are nice but the service is what customers rely on when doing business. After cooler heads prevailed the problem was solved and they provided excellent service. We are very appreciative and will continue to do business there. Thank you.

We ordered from Sunshine Disposal & Recycling a 40 yard container to be delivered. The driver…read moredelivered the container and told us the container could be filled to the top as long as the lid closed. We filled it, upon pickup the driver informed us it was too heavy for his truck and then told us we had no choice but to remove 50% of the contents and he sprayed painted a line at below 20 yards/below half the container capacity. What is the use of renting a 40 yard container if it can only be filled to 20 yards because the trucks are incapable. Why tell us we can fill it and then tell us to remove the contents when you saw what contents were going in? Then, Sunshine charged us for a dump fee because they had to come out. I had to re-hire an excavator to return, remove 50% of the container contents and then re-hire again to remove the 2nd half of the contents all because of Sunshine's lack of communication. Sunshine's trucks are inadequate and their employees lack the knowledge to service it's customers.

There were major issues to correct and enhance the home on the property I purchased in Addy, Washington. Henry is a top notch professional who takes care of every job as if it belongs to his own family. My main panel was removed from outside of the house and placed inside the garage. My large workshop was totally redone to code from a DYI nightmare, and my wonderful garden and garden shed now have a dedicated panel and all the proper electrical access needed. All work was inspected, thoroughly tested, and to code. Most importantly all the work was done with precision craftsmanship, excellence, and a fair price. I am grateful. Thank you Norse Electric.
