My concern began with what I felt was unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a clerk. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, even when there is a disagreement or misunderstanding. What was even more disappointing was the response I received after bringing my concerns to management. Rather than acknowledging or addressing the behavior I experienced, the response appeared to focus on defending the employee. At no point did I feel that my concerns were genuinely heard or taken seriously. Customer service is not only about the interaction at the counter. It is also about how concerns are handled when a customer takes the time to provide feedback. In my case, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. Based on my experience, both the customer service and complaint-resolution process at this location need significant improvement. I hope management will take future customer concerns more seriously and view them as opportunities to improve rather than simply defend the status quo.

    Always keep amazon boxes/packaging in your car. I stopped by to use the Amazon kiosk to return a…read morepackage as I normally do. This particular item was not eligible for the clear bag and required a poly- mailer. I was helping a gentleman at the counter, and when he sealed my package, he told me I owed him for packaging. The amount was minimal. The point was he did not tell me there was a charge prior to sealing the pack. when I expressed my dismay over the fact he did not tell me there was a charge, he said that's why you had to come to the counter for us to pack it. Well, this was my first experience for I was directed to the counter for a return and the kiosk, nor the employee told me there was a "charge." I told him I would just take my item back and he said "I've already sealed it, so you have to pay" I tried to explain it was the principle behind what happened and not necessarily the cost. The gentleman then said "you know what- just forget it- I'll take care of it." Without admitting any error on his part, he made me, the customer feel as if I was totally out of line because I asked "why I was not told about the charge prior to him using his product. I usually have a positive experience in this store but today the vibe was not happening.

    The WORST Post Office I have EVER been to. Mail has been held since JULY. My brother went up to ask…read moreabout it several times the past month or so & was FLAT OUT LIED TO. He was told there was no mail. We are now in a situation where several attempts to contact us via mail have not made it to us & are in legal trouble. I went today & after dealing with an EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude supervisor, was handed an entire USPS tub of mail dating back to MID JULY. (It is OCTOBER, NOW) To make things worse, the tub had a large stack of OTHER PEOPLE'S MAIL. The supervisor walked out w/ her courier on speakerphone asking about it, IN FRONT, where I heard the whole conversation & instead of just apologizing about the situation in general, she got into HER OWN VEHICLE and announced (not to me) that she was going to drive by our mailbox. Someone really should do something about this branch. I have NEVER been soooooooo angry in my life. Do NOT use this branch, if you can avoid it.

Excuse #2 The label fell off and we sent it to dead mail! WRONG! The seller said label was under multiple pieces of clear packing tape! Excuse #3 It was probably stolen after it was scanned in here at Elgin because we have a problem with that and are trying to get to the bottom of it! WRONG! You said earlier it never made it to Elgin! These people are not telling me the truth and I will file a complaint with the Post Master General! PS. I would have given them a NEGATIVE STAR if I could!!

It was not changed. There were no modifications. I purchased the shirts ahead of time, locally, and brought them to you. This was NOT an unfortunate series of changes. There were, in fact, NO changes. Admittedly, the work was good. But, by your own admission, it was not done BY you, and you charged me MORE for it than we agreed. If I knew who did the work, I'd give them 5 stars. I realize now that I gave your business credit it was not due for the quality of the embroidery. This review now reflects the exceptionally long time it took to have the work done, the lack of customer service, the unexpected extra cost, the misleading nature of your response to my original review, and the accusation that I have been anything less than honest. * Lowered review to 1 star from 2 star * Did quality work for me at a reasonable price. I had embroidery done. I wasn't in a hurry to get it. But, by the time it was completed, I needed long sleeve shirts instead of the short sleeved ones I had done because so much time had elapsed and it was cool out. Turns out there was some issue with their embroidery machine. They just dropped the ball by not telling me about the delay. And, the original price they estimated was off because they outsourced the job to someone else. Overall, I'm OK with the work, underimpressed with the communication, and looking for a new embroidery place.
