l read all the negative reviews before writing this. The negative reviews are all very old for 2014 to 2020 -- I have been using this UPS store versus Rice Creek for the past two years, as they are way more responsive in person. I have complicated printing issues and although it takes time to prepare my requests, I'm given a realistic date and they have always come through. I don't know how long yelp keeps negative stuff on file but once a problem is identified and fixed, shouldn't there be a system to fix yelps rating system? I will say the online system does not work. Instead, make a phone call ahead of time explaining what you need and when. It makes all the difference. When you have a procedures document you need to be printed because you are "old school" and like having that paper copy, just call, get the email, e-mail the doc, and pick it up when they say it will be ready. Past reviews mentioned a manager who believed customers come to the upsstore to serve him and not the other way around. Today's staff is most responsive to client needs and realizes without customers you don't have a job. At the risk of sounding like they paid me to write this believe me - being in a service industry myself -- this UPS Store is doing their best to serve you. If I could I give them a zero I would. I went by there around 6:10 or 6:15 today. The door was lock and one cashier was finish up a customer. To be honest I was glad too. Cause the cashier been rude before. I rather go to the one on Hard Scabble then it every times. The people that works there is just rude. Mainly Mitchell. I was racially profiled and threatened at this location. Not sure of the managers name but I was asking about my package that was supposed to come a day and a half ago. The employee was handling my complaint until some guy came in and said "oh i got this". He proceeded to then yell at me, disrespect me, he said I was yelling which I was not because I was already on the verge of crying about my package. Kept saying they "were not UPS and there was nothing they could do about it." This man, not sure his name, does not know how to handle customers. He continued to bash me and my character, it was hard enough for me to go in there already because I was already so upset about my package and I have severe anxiety and PTSD. He said "no one can help you here, you need to leave!! Get out! Get the fuck out!" He then called the cops on me to try and flip the narrative. I take as a threat to my livelihood, because they're more likely to believe the manager or whatever the store says and not the customer, and on top of that I am ethnic. I felt very scared and this was a week ago and I am still traumatized by this. I just went to my car and cried. 3 minutes ago On yesterday I was yelled at by Mitchell bc I grabbed and attempted to use an Ups tape dispenser. Mitchell doesn't know how to talk to customers and he is extremely rude. It's not what u say it's how you say it. I am a customer and i shouldn't be yelled at or talk to in a demeaning manner. All he had to say was Im sorry Miss but we do not allow customers to use the tape dispensers. Mitch needs training or find himself another job. I called another location who told me it is a risk but they would allowed me to use it. I went to another UPS location and they handed me the tape to tape up my box when I asked for it. Mitch could have upsold me on the tape but was to busy being nasty and disrespectful and completely missed the opportunity. I would have bought one bc I needed tape anyway. I can definitely see why this store has a single star rating. Like a previous review stated, if I could give this store a zero, I would because it is most deserving of it. The manager is rude and obnoxious and the rest of the staff isn't much better. Please do not give them your business because you will regret it. I shipped 2 stained glass panels and they assured me that it would be safe from damage if they packed it. It arrived damaged and in a worthless condition. I immediately filed a claim and it's been 3 months and I have not received payment!! UPS and the owner of this business should be embarrassed by their substandard business practices!! read more

I went to this particular UPS store today to get some documents notarized and faxed to a location as soon as possible. Their store hours are really convenient closes at 6:30 pm M-F, and all mail goes out by 5:30 pm. I get to the store at roughly 5:35 pm too late to mail my documents so fax was the best method. Tom, the notary on duty at the time, is busy helping a customer so I waited in line. While waiting, I notice a large stack of graduation programs on top of the envelope rack in front of me. I grabbed one to take a look at what I thought was an sample while waiting to be assisted. Tom, who looks like he is in his late 60's early 70's, yells out "you can't just go grabbing that stuff!" "It's personal information!" I was shocked so I reply that I thought they were sample programs and if they were private why were they out on display for the public to see? Tom doesn't answer the question and asked me to put the stuff down. After he is done with the customer in front of me, Tom asked my wife and I for the information needed to fill out the document. My wife forgets her license and as she is walking to the car she says to me "Don't you touch anything.." in a joking manner after witnessing the awkward exchange Tom and I had. Tom replies to my wife "Ma'am you know I don't have to help you?" My wife stunned by the remark looks at me confused, I ask her politely to grab the stuff and try to calm Tom down for the sake of getting the business done. Toms then tells me my wife, "didn't have to put her 2 cents in." I am annoyed at this point and asked Tom if he was having a bad day to his reply was "the worst." Had I not been in such a rush I would have left the store to seek service elsewhere, Tom put me in a compromising position where he was completely rude and disrespectful to me and my wife in front of our kids because of his bad organizational habits, and unfortunate day. After he serviced our needs he gave my 2 daughters loli-pops, maybe as some sort of apologetic effort. We thanked him and left, but I have never felt so frustrated and confused. I apologized to my wife because I did not defend her harmless comment, but had Tom been 20 years younger then we may have needed to have a man-to-man talk out back about disrespecting someones family in public for whatever reason. This guy clearly does not work well with people, and he is not suited for the position he holds at the store. My son has a new job in Los Angeles and he wasn't able to take all of his belongings on the plane. My husband and I put a package together that was very, very pricey to mail. The associate, Robin, was incredibly helpful, patient and kind. She found a way to make the package must smaller so that it would mail for a smaller price. She was amazing and I am so very thankful. DO NOT allow this store to provide your packaging or other business needs! I shipped an important personal document through this store that I discovered had been lost after an attempt to track the package. I contacted the store and spoke with Jeremy, who told me to come in for a refund. When I arrived at the store, the manager - JOSHUA HOLDEN attempted to shift blame and tell me that they were not responsible for refunding my money. When I told him what Jeremy stated, Jeremy decided to chime in and say "no I didn't." JOSHUA HOLDEN, the manager handled the situation completely wrong. Instead of apologizing for the error, he passed blame and stated that they were not UPS (although he was wearing a shirt that said "The UPS store") and was very rude about assisting me with my refund. He refused to talk to me and after finally deciding to refund my money (which he should have just done in the first place), he told me that I must be a manager at Wal-Mart and that I was hard up for $10. No JOSHUA HOLDEN, it is NOT about the $10, its about principles!!! I had the right to be upset about my lost package and JOSHUA HOLDEN made matters even worse! My experience was with Tom as well. Very rude. I ,unfortunately, used this UPS to deposit my pay check in USAA. It is clearly obvious this guy is not happy that USAA customers use his store to deposit checks. His usual attitude is I'm annoyed at having to waste my time on you. He's the only one with this attitude, everyone else there is very nice. I found another UPS store where nice people work and Tom can be miserable all by himself.
