Always keep amazon boxes/packaging in your car. I stopped by to use the Amazon kiosk to return a package as I normally do. This particular item was not eligible for the clear bag and required a poly- mailer. I was helping a gentleman at the counter, and when he sealed my package, he told me I owed him for packaging. The amount was minimal. The point was he did not tell me there was a charge prior to sealing the pack. when I expressed my dismay over the fact he did not tell me there was a charge, he said that's why you had to come to the counter for us to pack it. Well, this was my first experience for I was directed to the counter for a return and the kiosk, nor the employee told me there was a "charge." I told him I would just take my item back and he said "I've already sealed it, so you have to pay" I tried to explain it was the principle behind what happened and not necessarily the cost. The gentleman then said "you know what- just forget it- I'll take care of it." Without admitting any error on his part, he made me, the customer feel as if I was totally out of line because I asked "why I was not told about the charge prior to him using his product. I usually have a positive experience in this store but today the vibe was not happening. read more

I am writing this review because I believe other customers should be aware of my experience at this UPS Store location. My concern began with what I felt was unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a clerk. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, even when there is a disagreement or misunderstanding. What was even more disappointing was the response I received after bringing my concerns to management. Rather than acknowledging or addressing the behavior I experienced, the response appeared to focus on defending the employee. At no point did I feel that my concerns were genuinely heard or taken seriously. Customer service is not only about the interaction at the counter. It is also about how concerns are handled when a customer takes the time to provide feedback. In my case, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. Based on my experience, both the customer service and complaint-resolution process at this location need significant improvement. I hope management will take future customer concerns more seriously and view them as opportunities to improve rather than simply defend the status quo. read more

I've never had a bad experience here. I showed up with a box that didn't fit my items, knowing I would need another one. The young lady grabbed a Post Office box (the ones you get free from there), boxed up my items and saved me a few dollars instead of me having to buy a box. She was courteous and chatted while she took care of my purchase. As I was leaving out the door, the line was almost there as well. This location has a notary as well and you can purchase just about anything for printing or shipping here. Never experience any bad attitudes and they also have military discount here. read more

This is a cute boutique and very busy. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Someone acknowledged each person who entered which tells me they're paying attention to who's walking in. I like that! I had a bit of a wait but only because they were busy and they were fully staffed so it was expected. read more

This UPS store is one of the best ! They get you and get you out . Everything always goes out on time . They practice social distancing and you must have mask on to enter . It's nice to know they are following CDC guidelines in a time like this . Also most of all the customer service is outstanding! The people who works there are very polite and helpful . read more

I realize I arrived at this location 4:59. Right as they were about to close. I had been on a business trip and forgot to take the items that I needed with me. The employee looked me right in the eye as I was running to the door and turned the lock. All three employees in the building saw me standing outside and they hit ignore on my attempt to call. It was a quick return which would have taken a few minutes tops and would have saved me a lot of money if the employees had been less rude or at least bothered to ask what I needed. read more

Whatever you do don't drop off normal USPS packages here. I dropped off Monday it was pickup at 3 on Tuesday and showing it won't be delivered till Friday and this a flat rate box 2nd day mail. When I drop off at the post office I never have a package late. I have learned my lesson. Ok service. read more

Trying to ship a package today back to company where I had to pay for shipping. Employee at UPS store told me they do not take packages that do not have labels and directed me to a printer. I left and went elsewhere where they took my money, created a label and shipped for me. Just don't know why UPS did not want my $50.00 or could not take the time to type an address and print a label. read more

I requested a package be delivered to this UPS Store location, and after discovering that the package was been refused and returned to the shipper, I called the store and was informed by Wayne, the manager, that "if we don't know where the package came from, we refuse it." Needed a last minute poster made for my daughter's 1st birthday. The UPS store on Hard Scrabble was near so we decided to give them a shot. I was given a warm greeting by Barbara and she assisted me by answering all my questions, reassuring me that they could take care of my needs. I was very impressed with her customer service as well as her attention to detail. The file that we receive was missing a letter in a word. She caught it immediately and offer to fix it for us! We will definitely use this location for any of our needs. In a world where customer service is a lost art, it was refreshing to find someone that cares about taking care of their customer. read more

I went today to mail six boxes of Waterford stemware. Two of the boxes had gotten wet in the garage during storage and were falling apart. All boxes needed to be repacked and shipped. The manager and staff were rude and unprofessional. Without any warning I was approached and asked why I wanted to send boxes soiled with feces and mold. I was incredulous to be approached with completely incorrect information and in such a rude and unprofessional manner. At another location I was greeted with courtesy and happily sent my shipment totaling in excess of $600. I would steer clear of this location. I will NEVER darken their doorstep again. read more

While we were waiting for our internet to be installed and our printer to arrive in our moving truck, we have used this location to email, print, fax and to have a few signatures notarized for the sale of our home. The staff is pleasant, the computer and printer easy to use and the prices are affordable. Highly recommended. read more

I shipped from this store frequently because it was convenient, even though the staff wasn't very friendly. The last time (and I mean the last time) I went there recently, I also made copies. I made five copies of a single sheet and then put a stack in to make one copy. The machine made five copies of the stack faster than I could stop it. It was my fault; I didn't realize the machine doesn't reset between jobs. The owner charged me full price for the pages I had to throw away. I asked if he would cut the price on the erroneous sheets. He firmly told me and everyone in the store "no, that was your fault." I explained that as a matter of customer service I would have expected him to not charge me full price for the error. He again said "it was your fault." When I got home, I realized that he also charged me for ten additional copies that I didn't make. I didn't bother to argue that one. He made a few extra pennies off of my error and off of his overcharge "error," and now I do all of my shipping elsewhere. He didn't seem to grasp the customer service concept of waiving a few cents for a regular customer's error. I recommend shipping elsewhere. It will be a much friendlier experience. I have recently had the misfortune of dealing with this UPS Store location due to USAA banking methods that are convenient IF done right. Problem is, the representatives at this location would rather answer a half dozen phone calls when I'm standing directly in front of them attempting to complete a financial transaction dealing with numbers. The straw that broke the camel's back was over the weekend when a lady who wasn't paying attention (and apparently couldn't read numbers or english print on a check) entered the wrong amount (a lesser amount than what the check was for). Had I not double checked the small confirmation printing from the scanner on the back of the now voided check, I would've walked right out the door losing money that was owed to me. When I politely and professionally confronted the 2 reps working at the time, they both were very short and rude and refused to accept responsibility nor be accountable for their errors, stating that there was "nothing they could do about it". I ended up having to use the store phone for 40 minutes and fight back and forth with my bank for the proceeding 3 days to resolve the issue, which still is in progress. This is not the first problem that I've had with these lazy idiots who work at this location but to anyone dealing with USAA at this UPS Store, I would highly recommend DOUBLE CHECKING your deposit amount and clearly stating the amount when handing the rep a check or money order to be scanned and encoded. Also would recommend waiting until they are absolutely free of distractions and/or asking them to refrain from answering phone calls while entering your information. Hope this helps save someone else the headache from dealing with these people, and I will likely never return. read more
