    Not a single piece of packing material to protect it. Unbelievable.

    I'm not one to leave yelp reviews, but it you want to ship anything potentially breakable, do not use this place, and NEVER let them pack anythin! My mom send me an side table she had refinished. The store packed it. They literally just stuffed in in a box that was almost smaller than the table,, no bubble wrap around it to protect the contents, not even some paper. It's a miracle it didn't arrived smashed to bits, as the box as also torn and dented in multiple places. They do not know how to pack things.

    I was treated very poorly. The man behind the counter was rude. It appeared he hates his job and took it out on me.

    I had a return to Lands End & took in the store. I had trouble getting on the website & was…read moreoffered no help. after about 8 minutes -where 3 people were helped before me, a female employee offered me the WIFI card. I thanked her & tried to gather information on the return & still had trouble but was offered no assistance. The male employee never said a word but he did chat with the female employee. I was so frustrated and put my head down on my hands on the front counter. I then asked for a chair as my back has fusions & standing is painf. The female employee gave me one but the male had no reaction. I realized that my return had to go to post office & left after 20 minutes. It was an awful experience & I will NEVER use this site again. The male employee only helped males in the line behind me . I felt ignored & have used this location for years but NEVER again!!! But…read moreI needed to drop off a package that I thought I could leave at the post office which is nearby. I noticed from a banner out front that they have a new owner. When I went in I was pleasantly surprised! There was a cheery greeting, and as I approached the counter there were three workers ready to help! Nesa helped me and she was great. She was personable and efficient. She did everything with a smile and was so upbeat and nice! I will definitely be bringing my packages here from now on!

    Beware! Their idea of a rendering is probably not the same as yours!…read more Before I state my complaint I will first begin by saying that the quality of my finished pieces is very high. They look great and Custom Logo Signs (CLS) obviously produces work with a high level of craftsmanship. However, if you intend to do business with CLS I would caution you that their idea of what a rendering represents is not what you probably think. According to the Cambridge dictionary, a "rendering" (in the artistic sense) is "a work of art or a performance that represents something". Yourdictionary.com provides this definition of a rendering: "A perspective drawing depicting an architect's conception of a finished building, bridge, etc." In the context of a sign, it seems a generally agreed-upon purpose of a rendering would be to provide a person with a way of visualizing something that is currently in a conceptual state...a way for the person commissioning CLS to see what the finished product will look like in the buyer's particular setting. I commissioned CLS to produce a sign for my store to hang above a pallet wood wall I was constructing above our front cooler. The cooler measures 40 feet long and I informed CLS that I wanted the sign to be up to half that length. I took a picture so that they could prepare their rendering, and that rendering is included as photo #1. After approving the basic concept and working out other details I was provided with an invoice from CLS which contained the following language: "Due to the highly customized nature of this product it has no resale value to us, so all sales are final. However, please note that your satisfaction is our highest priority and we will make every effort to ensure that the delivered product accurately matches the approved digital rendering, the agreed-upon specs are satisfied, and that the completed piece meets or exceeds all of your expectations." "...matches the approved digital rendering..." Photo #2 shows the actual delivered pieces in place above my cooler. They are clearly much smaller than the way they looked in the rendering. When I emailed to complain about the discrepancy I received the following reply from CLS: "The renderings on the wall are not to exact size. We would have had to known the height and width of the wall to make an exact rendering." However, in one of my earliest emails with CLS I did provide exact measurements of the space above my cooler...40' long by 76" inches high. And what was the purpose of the rendering, if not to give me an idea of how the finished pieces would look on my wall? Even the agreed-upon dimensions of the finished pieces are not what was promised. The final product was supposed to be 36" from bottom to top. The only part of the delivered products which measures that height is the "mascot" with the keg over his shoulder. From the bottom of his one foot to the top of the keg measures 36 inches. The rest of the sign (the main portion) only measures 30 inches from bottom to top...which is 6 inches short of the height promised for my finished products. So if you intend to do business with CLS, beware! In my case the delivered pieces did not match the approved digital rendering. Nor did they even match the promised dimensions.
